I love my new home,

Del Webb homes are very beautiful. The quality of the workmanship in some exterior and interior finishes could be better.

We moved in two days before Hurricane Ian. Construction was great! No issues as a result of the storm. Attention to detail was lacking. They knew we were not moving in until 30 days after closing. We had requested - at least a month before closing - that the wire shelving in the master closet and the pantry be taken down in order to allow California Closets (CC) to do the installs. This was two weeks before move-in. I arrived the day before CC installs and the shelving was still in place. The shelving were finally removed the morning of the CC installs. We had to clean the house the morning of move in. The dryer was not hooked up until two weeks after move-in. The dishwasher still doesn't dry the dishes. Warranty coming in another week. ... Más

We should have been provided with the choice of upgrading some features of the house. Otherwise, the experience has been highly satisfying.

Fixed contract..no surprises. Great home value. Overall very happy.

From the beginning, our sales agent, Renee, was fabulous. No pressure, just straight forward info from her. She was helpful from beginning to end. Laurie was our mortgage processor. She was wonderful. Always called us back quickly. She was on top of everything. Alex was out construction manager. We enjoyed working with Alex. He was always prompt and courteous. He addressed any issues prior to closing and we have even spoken with him after closing.

Overall experience was good. Attention to fixes thus far have been good. Workmanship needs improvement in some areas. Attention to details is crucial for home buyers and should be for workers as well.

The construction mgr. Jake was a 10+, from our experience most others in the various departments did not live up to expectations. With that said the journey was worth it and we couldn’t be happier living here.

The positive: everyone we dealt with on the Pulse staff was wonderful. They were responsive, answered questions faithfully and promptly, and were just downright a pleasure to deal with. The not so positive: the lot we bought had already had the slab poured so we were unfortunately limited in terms of the options we could get on the house. Because that plan could not be changed, we had to tear out the master shower and install a tub right after we moved in, because my wife needs a nightly bath for her rheumatoid arthritis. The builder did not allow some changes we thought reasonable; we would have preferred better flooring, but Pulte did not give us that option. And the lack of color choices for the cabinetry was also disappointing. In sum: despite a few niggling and negative details, I think we'll soon learn to love the house. ... Más

Overall quality of build is good, but disappointed in the some of the details in work done. Looks like they were in a hurry to get done and hope that home owner doesn't notice. Interior doors that don't latch, dead bolts difficult to set, sloppy painting (inside and out), windows seem cheap, Valances for all the blinds had to be reset as they were all installed crooked...why would you think that was ok? Installation of the tile floors and LVP seem to be very good. I had an outside inspector come in, he found several items, which they addressed...but again, why not do it right the first time? My house was able to move into on a timely basis. However the is a design error with the owner’s suite closet. The door can not be closed without rubbing against clothes. The back shelves can only be reached by going in the closet and closing the door. Responsiveness to issues was good but some items could not be done because of back orders. Our construction manager was through and professional.

Overall, our experience from beginning to move in was fair to good. We had some glitches and delays that could have been handled in a more sensitive way so that we didn’t have to feel like we were overacting.

Vicky was great to work with. Our supt. wasgood but would have liked more communication. Our house was completed less than 10 mos. after signing contract, which was great. When paying almost $600k for a home, we would have liked more choices. Should have gotten credit/discount for things we omitted (mirrors, wire shelving,). Wish the interiors color person would have advised us of the quality (or lack thereof) of some of our selections. Our hard flooring is awful - anything that drops on the floor leaves a divot, not just a scratch. No soil prep on lawn - lots of weeds. Lots of ‘pot holes’ in lawn. All plantings put in to look good today - NOT 5 - 10 years down the road. Many trees too close to house. We have one of the largest front yards in the entire community, but only one tree. Extremely disappointed that construction on the recreation amenities hasn’t started yet - a paved parking lot is not a start. ... Más

Thus far we have been happy with the home and the way the neighborhood is taking shape. All individuals have been extremely professional and the features of the home are what we expected

From the beginning of the home purchase process to closing the experience was smooth and professional.

The whole process took only 10 months, had one delay for a window but the rest went smoothly!

Allowed to review work of trades prior to drywall to verify the solid joints of plumbing, electrical, vent, so if ever needed , you knew what’s behind the walls was good and firm and would not loosen up

The sale manager is friendly and awesome! The construction manager is great and helpful!

The quality of sod is different from house to house, I don't know why. Surveys were submitted very soon after the papers were signed, and now have found several mistakes, the survey should be sent out weeks after someone moves in order to get an accurate response.

My wife and l purchased a home in Carolina Gardens in NC. The overall process went smoothly as possible given that it was a remote sale. Upon it s completion we were extremely satisfied with the result. Our construction manager, David was very instrumental in making this so. David was personable, competent and responsive. He addressed to our satisfaction all of our questions and concerns regarding the build. He also addressed some minor issues which arose after closing. We are grateful to him. I would highly recommend a Del Webb home.

In general we are good with our home purchase. Several construction issues after closing have been solved in a relatively quickly manner. One important topic that drives our opinion's was the fact that one month after closing, the other homes in the community started to being discounted by the seller. This gave us an impression that the price was inflated before and the house does not have a strong value for the future.
