construction manager followed through with some items that needed to be done post closing. He was very attentive, conscientious and provided exceptional customer service.

The process of buying my new home was so easy, which made it a pleasant experience.

I work with Mark in the sales office. He was always courteous and helpful during the buying process. Once the building started I work Zach and left the company. I was assigned a new buildings mgr, Russ. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I was going through the buying and building process again, I would love to work with Mark and Russ. They were outstanding!

My experience at Del Webb North Penn was very positive. The sales team, the decorator, and the building team were all helpful and responsive. My house was delivered on time as promised without any unexpected delays. I highly recommend Del Webb.

Having one supervisor during the build process was wonderful, esp because Josh wa so knowledgeable and patient! During my first 6 weeks here, I keep remembering all the information he gave me about my home and its future care, including tiny issuers and major questions as well. He is so experienceced!

Our construction manager Nate was great!! We were building our home in SC while residing in PA and Nate was instrumental in ensuring we got weekly updates. Lisa our sales rep was awesome as well,... when it looked like our close date was going to move due to an unavoidable issue Lisa come up with a great alternative plan which worked out for us really well!.... Since moving in we have had a few minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and end result. We love our new home here in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach!!

The area is nice, quiet, and full of active people. No traffic or income taxes, unlike CA. Lower cost of living, lower gas and utility prices, and there's plenty to do if you want.

The whole process from the purchase to the move in was quick. The whole experience was very pleasant. We shopped around for our next home with a list of things we would like in it. Del Webb had a home with all that was on our list. We feel the home we purchased is of good quality and we believe this one offered the best value. I absolutely love my new home ! Love the community and the residents are exceptionally friendly. Buying a house is scary and having one built doubled the fear of the unknown. The staff at Pulte mortgage were very caring , compassionate and helpful. They alleviate your fears with wisdom and compassion. No hard sell just helpful suggestions. Love the experience with my sales team allen my project mgr Mateo and my design team Nikki . A couple of suggestions: have an option to have medicine cabinets in bathrooms, and it would be nice to have your team also follow up to make certain you are happy in your new home … more interaction with client after they got your money would be advisable… just keeps the good vibes going and insures you made the right choice . Have a list of vendors who service the community available, ie, landscaping, lanai builders , painters etc . As a new Floridian - it would be helpful! ... Más

From the beginning contacts in the Sales Office until the completion of the home we were always informed of the progress of finances, building design options that were communicated in a polite and responsive way.

Del Webb homes for the money per square foot is a good deal for a brand new home. The communities they build in are moderate size and not over crowded. The amenities are abundant. You will be proud to bring family and friends into the subdivision. It's great for the active senior as well for the working 55 year old looking for a safe, comfortable and peaceful community.
