I just love my new Del Webb garden home. It was so well designed with so many great features and excellent planning of every detail. I love this beautiful subdivision and cannot wait to use the fantastic amenities. The people make this great community though - amazing staff (big shout out to my salesman Steve and construction supervisor Sidney) and residents that are already like family. I wish the normal kinks of a new home could be mitigated sooner but I have faith that with a little persistence and patience, they will be resolved. The builder was upfront about everything, and worked with us to get what we needed in place - colors, dates, prices. They stayed very close the their date and worked with us to close on a tight schedule. Overall, it was a good experience with the builder, and the location is perfect for us.

Beautiful home with large closets and bathrooms

Beautiful home. The interior design is what people rave about. Large kitchen with a huge center cooking island. Master bath walk-in shower is fantastic. Lots of options for the size of the porch/sunroom.

The location is great overlooking the lake, close to shops and the highway. We have met some very nice people here. Our place is a beautiful corner unit overlooking the clubhouse which isn’t open yet and we don’t know when it will be opened due in part to COVID delays. Our compressor died 2 weeks after living here and it took 2 weeks to be fixed. That said we were given a couple of AC units to use while we waited for parts and they were responsive to our needs.

Overall a good experience, but we are very frustrated on missing or incorrect items.

Enjoyed working with the Pulte PM/superintendent.

Several major mistakes in construction (framed wrong back side) all corrected but caused delays . Great construction manager. Luv the finished product . Paint and trim work was great. Responsive to any repair requests.

Nice home. Wish closing wasn’t rushed for a better walkthrough experience.

House had several unfinished items when we closed. It’s been 3 weeks and all items have not been satisfactorily finished

The selection staff at design center very helpful. Electric staff good. Due to Covid had to do selection by zoom. After care person helpful getting furnace issue fixed. Friendly neighborhood

I have 2 particular issues to describe. During the decision to purchase process, I became aware of the issue of hard water and a water softener system. At 81 years of age, I have been exposed to all kinds of water over the years, and never had a problem with any of it. After taking possession of the property, I became aware that there is a problem of the hard water having a serious adverse effect on the plumbing, making a water softener system a necessity. In my consideration of what facilities and systems to include in the home, no one made sure that I understood the substantial problem with hard water. Had I known such, with little doubt I would have had such installed during construction. Through after the fact contact with Massey Services, I became aware of a serious problem in Sun City with termites. I was not previously told of such. I can afford to take care of these two issues, but it strikes me that potential buyers should specifically be made aware of these things. I have perhaps half a dozen other small things in the structure, which I presume Pulte will take care of forthwith. ... Más

We had a great experience all around. Our foreman Will Wenzel was great and easy to work with and attended to our needs prior to, during, and after closing. Thank you for our new home.

We had a great experience with our Salesperson and our Construction Supervisor and they were a tremendous help throughout the whole process! However, the mortgage team let us down! They repeatedly asked for the same documents, then on the cusp of closing asked for additional and more complicated documentation that was hard to pull together! It almost delayed our closing! They need to get better organized!

The trim and carpet subs did not have good workmanship

There is no way you can make a mistake purchasing a Del Webb home no matter how hard you try. With the number of retirees in the U.S. each year looking for a nice place to live you will always be ahead of the game and will never be without equity in your home.

Good construction manager and superintendent! Average and sloppy subcontractors. Good follow up and correction of building flaws and imperfections created by subcontractors.

Other then the length of time to build the house the entire process was great. The quality is top notch and the value of my home should only increase with time. My relationship with the builder's team was very good throughout the whole process.

Sales, building people were great. The mortgage people were also good to work with. But the underwriter for the mortgage was a big sxxxx ox bxxxx. I would never deal with Del Webb or Pulte for a mortgage or any other products again.

Very happy with the home

Good quality condo. No grab bars in showers even though this is a senior (55+) community. With over $ 28,000 in options, kitchen stove exhaust does not ventilate outside. HOA monthly charge of $ 423 only provides landscaping and internet for home owner, rest is for community development. Not too happy about it. Other than those items, it is a good home, nice area.
