They did a good job on my house. The only thing I really didn't like was the landscaping. I wish they'd had a way to upgrade the landscaping from the get go, but instead you have to go after market and make due with plants you probably don't want. There are a few other little things that were inconvenient, but they are not a custom home builder, so you gotta go with the flow. The good part is, they don't charge like a custom home builder either so ...

I recently purchased my house and I am very satisfied with the house. There are a few things that could be improved on....placing of the furnace in the attic isn't the best idea, (was used as a space saver idea but really having a 55+ person pulling the attic ladder down & climbing up the ladder to replace the filter in the furnace needs to be rethought out), also placing the attic ladder in the master bedroom closet was placed extremely close to the clothes rack so blouses,dresses, or pants can't be hung...you have to move them before pulling down the attic ladder, then there isn't any place to hang hand towels or wash cloths next to the sink in the master bathroom. Up grades are expensive. Cable tv has to have a outlet at every location you want a set all is not wireless. Field managers are very helpful.

I would spend more time looking at models and studying what is a available because when get to design center not enough time and becomes overwhelming

All aspects of the house was of quality material

Our sales rep was terrific. As a Realtor myself I appreciated her approach, attention to detail and responsiveness. Our construction manager gets lower marks for lots of promises and less action.

The overall experience was very good. Time of construction took took a few weeks longer than projected but with Covid 19 that was expected.

The process was quicker than expected and they kept us on pace to meet the deadlines. I wish there where a few more options on finishes.

This is my 4th new construction home in my lifetime. Liz was my sales agent. She is awesome. I was surprised at Pulte’s pricing for upgrades. I would recommend a third party inspection prior to closing. Everett really made the difference so we could get my home completed for closing. The Del Webb The Woodlands neighbors and community are fantastic!

We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. General workmanship appears good for homes built on a fairly fast timeline. The community is very nice and we're looking forward to being able to get involved in many of the activities once things open up more. ... Más

They give you what you ask for at a good price. But leave something to be desired when it comes to after you take position touch up’s.
