We worked with very good people thru out the purchase of our new home. We had many questions involving the purchase and construction of the home. Everyone got back to us quickly with the answers. We love the house, solid construction, nicely finished.

Had a great homebuying experience with all the Pulte professionals: sales agent, Pulte Mortgage, field manager, PGP Title, and Post Closing warranty inquiries.

Definitely a very easy process to get from start to finish on my house.

From our initial exploratory visit, through our "Discovery Stay, sales/construction selections, design selections, the entire construction process and eventual close process we experienced professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, helpful and friendly Pulte/Sun City employees. We hadn't bought a new home in 27 years so we really needed a lot of patience during the process! Both are construction manager David and Customer Service Katlin were excellent in communicating with us and scheduling correction of minor construction issues (touch up paint, minor roof issues, cabinet details etc)

Alejandro our Construction Manager was a real pro! Provided timely communication, was very friendly and explained all aspects of the home. His attention to detail made us feel confident that our home was well built and we'll be unlikely to experience any problems. I'd happily build my next 3 homes with Alex. He's a credit to your company! We've heard horror stories from friends who built in other 55+ communities. Our build experience was EPIC!

Al, the construction manager was fantastic-kept us informed on all items and was very detail oriented on the construction. Steve, the sales representative was very knowledgeable on any item we asked of him.

On the recommendation of a friend, engaged a third party Home Inspector. That turned out to be good. I talked to a few others, who didn't do that, who had many complaints about imperfections. Pulte could improved their quality assurance. Still there is one issue with the garage door; while closing, the door goes back up, but second time it closes. couldn't find any obstructions. Warranty department says this is not a warranty issue. Found one broken electricity box behind the Lanai ceiling light; wires with caps left in the ceiling. Could cause an electrical spark. SHortage of skilled workers may be an issue in both cases ... Más

The Field Manager, Zachary, was always quick to respond to my emails and to be helpful and fully explained and/or addressed questions or issues. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable when we'd meet (I'd come from another state, all scheduled appts. were solidly made and I always had confidence in booking my flights); I fully believed he would manage everything with 100% caring and attention to detail. He had also gone above and beyond in offering information to me about some things that DelWebb wouldn't have been able to do for me; that was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. Brian (no last name?) was a terrific Build Manager. Always a listener, and managing all of the concerns we had in a timely manner. If we were to build a Pule home again, we'd see if Brian could mange that build for us.

We love the floor plan. We chose to add the second master as modeled. I wish the upgrades were clearly marked on the models. There are so many models to chose from and options to change the floor plans. It was a very easy process from initial purchase to escrow closing.

My construction manager was the absolute best!

This is our fifth new home, our second Del Webb. Every step of the process was professionally managed. We so appreciate the floor plans offered (and the options within each floor plan). Love how the architects consider how a home is lived in. We are also impressed with the finishing work. The layout of the neighborhood is lovely, as is the clubhouse, and our wonderful new neighbors. So happy with our purchase!
