The sales and construction teams were absolutely the best during the sales and building process. Communications were fluid and concise. Since closing we have experienced a gap in communications and follow-up with the warranty department.

Our field manager Anthony was helpful, professional, and very good to work with. The overall process was good for the most part, even considering supply chain issues present throughout the industry. However we are still awaiting our permanent gas range and pendant lighting in our kitchen 6 weeks after closing!

The supervisor the best we have ever had and they do build quality homes. Supervisor was very responsive and did get most things fixed quicklyLandscaping is ok and outdoor painting could have been better.

Communication with project manager was poor. Promises were not met, pm was surly and I had to escalate issues to get issues resolved for closing, which had to be delayed.

Responsive in person not always great follow through

Sales process and communication was excellent. We were in Michigan during build process. Holly was great in communicating weekly progress with pictures. Quality of workmanship and attention to detail was what I would consider average. About what we expected in covid environment.

The timing of our purchase and closing was very short and stressful, but they met all there promised dates and we were able to move in right on schedule. With a last minute rush to finish the house quality of some of the work slipped a bit, but they have promised to fix all issues. It is a beautiful community and we are looking forward to many great years here.

Actual home purchasing experience was great. Design consultation was great. Construction of house is good, but finish work is average to below average. Warranty repairs are very slow to resolve.

We are very pleased with our home purchase. The sell staff and our construction point of contact were always willing and available to answer questions. Our single significant issue of concern was the attention to detail by many of the various trade partners used to build the home. The painting of the home was terrible both inside and out, the cleaning staff used before settlement lacked attention to detail and the home was quite dirty upon settlement. Get it done before closing!

Our experience up until about 3 weeks prior to close was great -- sales team and build teams were responsive, Very happy with our lot and our home. The last three weeks before close and for a couple of months beyond has been very rushed and there were a number of things that weren't taken care of that should have been. Things have taken a lot longer than they should have to get taken care of. And mistakes were made because builder trades were rushing and trying to finish homes too quickly. It felt as though they were trying to close as many homes as possible by the end of the year and we suffered because of it. On the whole, we are very happy with our home and feel it is a good quality home. We would recommend a Del Webb community to our friends. We just wish the tail end of the experience had been as positive as the rest of it. ... Más

Our experience with the Sales team and Design Center was great. From the time we saw the model house to the closing of our escrow, it went smoothly. For the most part, we are pleased with the house. Due to obvious imperfections (eg: molding, painting, caulking, etc.) we are still waiting for these items to be addressed. In the haste to get the home finished, we feel that there was lack of attention to detail. But the good news is, after meeting with the warranty department, things will hopefully be addressed and get completed in a timely manner.

Home was beautiful except not complete when closed.

Attention to detail is lacking. Example: hot/cold water in vanity was reversed in the structure for one of the bowls. Only solution is to cross-over the connection hoses. Another example: 3-bank light switch at opposite ends of kitchen each control the same 3 light areas, but the center switch controls a different area on each bank. Easy fix but poor attention to detail. Another example: Wine cooler installation - door rubs on one side of the cabinet. This sort of stuff should be caught by Del Webb quality control, not homeowner. Other silly stuff like a window blind not functioning properly, a window not properly aligned etc. Significant waste of water waiting for hot water due to heater being located in uninsulated garage at front of house rather than in a more central location. That's a cheap design issue rather than attention to detail. I expected better from a 'top tier' home builder ... Más

overall quality is quite good for the price. Del Webb not at all responsive to special requests

We love are home but there are a few things That need some attention I hope that we have not been forgotten it has been a few weeks since we have seen anyone

Very happy with Del Webb as the developer but cannot say the same for Pulte as the builder. Workmanship and responsiveness to issues was average at best. Lack of attention to details and proper completion of home did not seem to be a priority with Pulte.

I hope that my experience was the exception, not the standard. We feel that our home build was rushed to meet year end numbers at the expense of quality finish work. The structural integrity and basic engineering aspects are very good, but what you see as interior finish work leaves a lot to be desired. The staff we have been working with throughout the build process have all been exceptional and eager to please. They have made the negatives bearable.

I feel the workmanship was not as good as it could have been. It seems like they rushed through the unit to move everyone in by the end of the year.

In general they communicated pretty well through the process. There are still a half dozen outstanding issues that have not been resolved after 2 months.

This is not a custom built home. I have always had a custom built home. Something you have to sacrifice to have a great community like Stone Creek. We love it here.

Absolutely no communication from sales when the sale closed. Construction side did well considering the supply issues faced. Response was immediate from warranty. The follow through of vendors remains so-so.

This is not the first new home that I have built so I am not new to the experience. That said, I was surprised with the number of major quality issues that existed with the house when we were given the keys. From major mechanical issues and missed key parts in the attic and on the roof to a clogged water system and non-functioning electrical outlets, the lack of quality checks and low standard of acceptability on visual items was dumbfounding. The Pulte support services including Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Smart Home were exemplary and the people there were a joy to work with. Where Pulte totally fell down was with the build execution and now the real completion of the house has been left to the Customer Service rep who is doing his best to close out the issues. In a nutshell, Pulte seems to be building too many houses too fast and not doing the necessary checks along the way to ensure a quality finished product. ... Más

Overall we have had a good experience with Pulte. The buying phase was great (although Pulte mortgage was awful). Construction was delayed about 2 months but this is happening with all home builders. Our construction manager kept us up to date and communicated any delays and progress. For the most part the quality is good but we are still waiting on many things to be fixed/repaired after 6 weeks in the house. Luckily most are minor.

Much of the experience is well thought out by the builder that allow the buyer to experience the full multitude of what is being offered.
