When you buy a brand new home, you expect brand new everything. Prior to closing a worker had tracked grease on the new carpet. There have been 3 attempts to clean it to no avail. Rather than having a new carpet, I have one that has been cleaned multiple times along with the associated fraying of the fibers that comes with cleaning.

Very very poor customer service

We had four build managers and, except for our last one, Rodney, they were not responsive to issues we found as the build was going. But, once the home was completed, Rodney took us through the home, explained everything to us and if there were any "mistakes" he made sure it was taken care of immediately. So happy to be here.

Tim did a good job for us after he took over for the other builder late in the building process. The workmanship inside the home is less than stellar. There were so many different things that could have been so much better, but the contractors just come in and through things together without caring what it looks like. It's a shame because these homes are beautiful and for the price you pay, should be more satisfactory for the quality. We love our home and SCP.

we were told we would receive kohler or american standard plumbing fixtures because that is what pulte uses however we received an inferior brand gerber, we have had 4 stopped toilets in the first month, plumber said they would come check them. gave builder a checklist at closing very little has been done. closed at thanksgiving then left after christmas.so that is a busy time for subs. good follow up with calls we will see what happens, fit and finish not great hopefully everything will be corrected, floating floor is different, sounds hollow, this is our tenth new home and so far the quality seems ok. the closing was a little concerning because our builder left pulte 2 weeks before closing. when we return hopefully everything will get done. great neighborhood, think we will be happy here, appreciate the warranty and the builder covering it with us ... Overall, we are very happy with our home. There are a few issues regarding quality of materials that are annoying.

The final inspection felt very rushed and the follow up was planned only two hours before our closing appointment. The project manager made it feel as if he was being bothered when we would point out and issue with the construction to him. I don't know if there is a lack of service personnel but the responsiveness of the service calls are very slow.

Our project supervisor was excellent in assisting us in getting a lot completed correctly during the processing of building especially during the end stretch.

The sales, loan, and closing staffing was very thorough and professional. These three critical functions of the home buying process worked well and I would say a rating of 4 to 5 is just fine. However, the quality of the workmanship and oversight was average at best. Bad caulking, painting, and cleanliness in terms leaving open food at the construction sight resulted in an unusual amount of bugs and etc. Floor had holes in concrete foundation in which we could not verify whether this matter was corrected before floor installation.

It can take a while to get issues with the build quality taken care of.

Love the community and we love our home! There were delays outside of our control and outside of Pulte's control as well, so that part was frustrating for everyone. My only real complaint is that we have been in our home over a month now and we still have a non-working oven. We waited weeks for the appliance repair person to come out as instructed, only to learn that the main problem is an electrical issue. Now we have to wait for an electrician to be scheduled. The fact that Pulte is okay with us living without a working oven and isn't doing all they can to more quickly rectify the situation is disappointing. Nice property with a good amenities center

afraid the quality of workmanship displayed in my home less then I expected and hoped for---too many small issues to list but they all add up to each room with little attention to quality detail...,I am sure I will be doing complete repaint of walls and trim(with sanding) within first 2 years of ownership. landscape ok, but not what I would have selected and not sure why I could not select a layout or type of bushes from a selection, much like flooring and lighting. out of space to add more

Overall Pulte has been very good. However, our sales representative has made price mistakes and did not inform of us of all selections/options.

Easy to work with everybody from the sales representative till closing

Seriously believe everyone I have worked with has cared and done what they could do. Issues are rolling down from corporate. Not hiring enough people, so those doing heavy lifting are overwhelmed.

House is great but heat did not work 3 weeks after move in and house does not hold heat or cool temps very well.

Love my new home! Quality workmanship, nice styling. Would appreciate more printed documentation supplied for appliances, shouldnt have to go to the web for every question you have. Overall very pleased.

In my opinion it’s way to much information given at the time of walk thru for average person to absorb. Therefore, I would recommend a follow up after few weeks to review or to answer any issues or questions you might have.

Have too many homes closing at one time which seems to cause them to rush to finish the homes.

Smooth build process till the end. Monday we walked thru before closing . About 4 items to be corrected, came back thurs. Morning - Nino ,our expediter had all items repaired, house clean. We walked out and saw Nino’s boss on phone across the street and he was on phone with riverside inspection. Pulte had failed to pay some fees so getting my keys that day was delayed . So i did not get my keys till monday at 6p.m. My sales lady debbie,fed me misinformation about getting compensated for delay. So i had to re- arrange all my deliveries and sleep on my kid’s couch for 4 nites due to pulte not paying fees on time. The southern ca. pulte manager called me , and said they have a yr. To deliver my home. LOL HOLD IT - A yr after you already signed? He offered no compensation for 4 day delay , and was rather condescending and arrogant. I asked him “ why can pulte charge me a $300 a day penalty for failing to show up to close and you can screw up and not have same liability?” He had no answer , just said “your lucky to be in your new home” - LOL So i would give NINO - my expeditor 20 stars. STACY - my customer service rep after close 20 stars. DEBBIE - sales lady 1 star. PULTE - DEL WEBB customer service - 0 stars In the end a pleasant build experience was soured at the end by pulte - del webb corporate and my MIA sales lady, who got transferred a month before i closed and fed me misinformatin. They try to do a good job. Many of the subcontractors are not reliable and you really need to stay on top of them for many items. Also, I think they are overworked. I also think some of the products they use are not of high quality which may force us to re-do many items in the house.

Poor fit and finish on most walls, trims and doors. Huge gap's throughout filled with caulk or sealer. Sub's are under skilled and rarely supervised. Most damage caused from rough handling of supplies. Plus side is that supervisor does his best to satisfy and fix items.

We are very satisfied with our new home in Irontree-Terramor. Just disappointed that we have to pay to install a side yard retaining wall.
