Pulte standard choices are poor quality

In house for over 2 months. Still missing a couple kitchen cabinet doors and a laundry room cabinet door Windows cracked and seals broken No sense of urgency to get things done after house closed

Most frustration is due to dealing with The vendors that works for Del Webb. I feel the employees of Del Webb should have been better at overseeing the building process and more involved.

Be ready for a slow build

Wooden structure is tend to vibrate after you move in, top floor is the worst.

overall house is nice and an excellent floor plan. Quite disappointed in the LACK of craftsmanship and attention to details especially given the high price we paid for this home. Likewise, the warranty people have not been responsive to our calls and emails in a timely manner. The community is great, and people are very friendly. We feel welcome here.

PulteMortgage experience was the worst I’ve experienced in the financing of any of my homes!

Our construction manager was very through. Chase B. is quite knowledgeable about the houses he oversees. His good attitude took a lot of stress out of the entire process. Thank you!

Being a first time buyer of a new home, i am highly disappointed in the plumbing fixtures installed, very inexpensive and after 2 months already discoloring on the finish...they installed a very low end disposal, and we don't have hot water to the kitchen ( as it needs a comfort pump) this should have been taken care of by builder... we have pressure issues and hopefully all will be resolved, overall i would say the next buyer needs to be sure of what fixtures that are included in the purchase

Would appreciate more communication around work that still needs to be done.

Our expectations were that, upon being given a closing date, the house would be complete and clean—move in ready. It was not, on the closing date they were still installing items, other items did not get done, such as slider replaced (it is scratched), paint touch ups were not completed, (i.e. bathroom). The house looks beautiful but upon closer inspection, you can see that there is problems i.e. hood vent is crooked, and has hole in the wall. We were also not happy with the walk-thru, when the gentlemen spent so much time telling us how to clean the counter. The time were have been better spent, explaining how to turn on/off the new appliances. Looks like a rush to complete so many homes, need to spend more time on each home and have some supervision of the many crews who work on each home. ... Más

You need to keep on top of the process.

Get a realtor and independent contractor to advise and represent you. Do not close with a punch list.

The builder was responsive and easy to work with. Disappointment is with the quality of the workmanship and materials, in particular the paint/caulking/interior doors.

Complete disclosure of surroundings union completion of my home was never shared. Too much building and construction on the land site when I moved in.

Basically, this was a bad experience that should have been exciting for this new chapter in our lives. Many mistakes were made with the add on's we purchased, and they seemed bothered that we wanted them fixed. We had to continually request and follow up on issues that had not been completed at closing. After a month we are still waiting for some of the items. The walls seem thin and we can hear everything going on from most rooms in the house. The light switches do not make a lot of sense to where they are connected.

do not accept three stars as acceptable. The company can do a lot better by staying in front of their subs, meaning stop unacceptable workmanship in its tracks , fix the issues in mid stream, so not to have to come back and repair the screw ups of subs.

Sales person very knowledge . When buying spec homes nothing can be changed. Very confusing with whom your dealing with a Pulte employee or a Del web employee.

While we understand supply chain issues, the lack of communication about said issues causing a three plus month delay in closing was difficult to deal with. Losing a project manager during the build added to our frustration. The quality is acceptable and most problems are addressed in a timely manner but I would not have expected quite so many issues in a new build. The staff has been very pleasant and conciliatory but clearly over booked as additional construction moves forward.

Working with Kristen Springer was the best part of buying our new home. Kristen is a real asset . She follows up and answers all questions. The actual process of working with sales was difficult and at times confusing.

Check every step of construction.....get private inspection prior to drywall installation and prior to closing. Pay special attention to electrical issues and upgrades. There have been numerous issues for which I question if licensed electricians have been hired. Although I have not been pleased with construction issues, field managers have been wonderful in correcting issues. I have had three field managers, Nelson Riggs, Chris Nelson, and Rodney Daniels....they have been fabulous and very trustworthy....

First and foremost, salesperson and home foreman were great and totally responsive, the same cannot be said of anyone else there...what was to take 6 months took 10, impossible to get any real timing or info, houses bought after us were done months before...GM basically said he has two years to build home and would be happy to let me out of my contract (um nooo since at that point they were charging $60,000 more for my house...) we are in now , finding some issues, but the warranty gentleman is awesome. BTW it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number for Pulte/Del Webb corporate , not online, not in print, no one will give that to you...wonder why? Once in the home, we feel that we have a well built home, but the finishing work is really disappointing.

The crown molding on the cabinets in the laundry room fell off two weeks after purchase - it just fell off! Also, the builder was unable to show us how to work the irrigation system - just didn't know. Houses are being built very rapidly in circumstances where there is difficulty with delivery of materials plus probably some tightness in finding construction labor. We are basically happy with our experience and our purchase, but it is clear the process is strained and perhaps being rushed.
