My construction manager was the absolute best!

This is our fifth new home, our second Del Webb. Every step of the process was professionally managed. We so appreciate the floor plans offered (and the options within each floor plan). Love how the architects consider how a home is lived in. We are also impressed with the finishing work. The layout of the neighborhood is lovely, as is the clubhouse, and our wonderful new neighbors. So happy with our purchase!

Good house, support, and community center.

This is our second home we built with Pulte . Everything went smoothly with our new construction. We had an excellent builder Mike that overlooked all the contractors . He looked over and organized everything so well . Anything that needed to be addressed was taken care of quickly . We are very pleased with the floor plan of the Renown model . It is absolutely beautiful and everything flows perfectly.

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb home. Every person who was involved in helping us pick out and build our house went above and beyond the call. We would like to mention Bob in sales Laura at the design studio also Ben , Daniel the construction managers and John and John the customer support team. All in all we would tell anyone looking for a new home to first look at the Del Webb homes.

Del Webb not only builds a quality product, but they also build a strong active community. promoting interaction and involvement for their residence. They have built in numerous activity elements to satisfy almost everyone's interest, and have set up a strong network to make sue that the community maintains its high standards long after the developer is gone. We are excited about joining the community and look forward to enjoying our new friends and home.

Although I purchased a model home, the company addressed every issue in a timely manner and was very professional. The whole team, from Sales to Service acted as if I was there only customer. I moved from LaGrange where I had lived for 40 years. This was not an easy move personally, but this team along with my realtor made it seem so easy. My house is perfect and I love it! Thank you to all that were involved in welcoming me to my new dream home!

We love our new home. Pulti walked us through the entire process. This is a quality home.

Pulte made the purchase process seamless. They delivered on the commitments they made, kept me up to date on progress thru meetings, both virtual and on site, provided photos every two weeks and responded without delay to questions. The construction managers Ben and Dan were top notch both in knowledge and ensuring my needs were met. In addition to Melissa on the Sales Team who supported the photos and communication. The home is beautiful and shows quality. Very happy with my purchase. After move in, the minor cosmetic repairs were tracked and completed timely.

Every step along the way went according to plan. My construction manager was great in communicating to me from when the foundation was to be poured to the framing of the house. He took pictures and sent them to me and my Realtor. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I have been here for two months and have no problems with my house. I am very happy here and would recommend Carolina Gardens to others looking for a 55+ community.

If I had to do this again I would buy from Delwebb. Was much easer to deal with then anyone else.

Our sales person was Bryan and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. David was our key builder from start and then he came back to finish our home. David was terrific! David was very friendly, approachable, and communicative. It was hard for us living in Michigan while our home was under construction but David kept us up to date on everything.

Lisa is a great sales person, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Nate has been a good project manager for coordinating all the moving pieces during the build.

My wife and I have built homes before and moved/relocated with work several times. So we are familiar with the whole process. We found the sales process to be fair, straight forward and easy. Our home actually got built ahead of schedule. We have only been in it a couple of weeks now, but have found it to be a solid and quiet home. Reflects quality construction. If we ever go through this process again, we would use Pulte. We will also recommend Pulte to friends.

We had an outstanding time buying our model home. Brent Felstead is an amazing and wonderful builder and construction manager. He’s the best we have ever encountered. Completely honest, kind, helpful and explained everything in detail that we needed to know about this house inside and out. Extremely caring and wonderful is Brent. He went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. He’s always willing to help in whatever you may need. We are forever grateful to him for making and supervising such a glorious home. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. He made completely sure everything was in great working order the first day we entered our new home. He checked in with us several times to ensure that we were very happy and always told us he was always here for us. Brent has a big heart and a big smile to match. He’s a wonderful supervisor and more importantly, just an absolutely wonderful person. He made this experience incredibly thrilling for us. Because of his great work, we can live in this house and always feel safe, secure and confident that we have the best-built home. Everything was done with class and care. A home is critical to your happiness in life and we are so happy here and so glad the whole experience was top-notch.
