We love your new home in SC Festival BUT as of today, we still have NO response to our 30 day "fix it" list - we are 70 days+ since moving in. We followed your rules & payments made but the rules don't apply to you! Get moving Pulte. Your excuses are not working.

after the great sales pitch DW/Pulte was the greatest and would provide an error free package all inclusive, not quite. Sales was great, financing was rough but it took 5 people to get it in order for closing. Project management was lacking in maturity and experience. Punch list items still not done as well as warranty items now, of CV19 is the cause. Action was late on my punch list items and many left at closing I trusted would be done but were not. Many simple things I asked for they refused to do or used the permit as a reason not to do, not good buyer relations. I told them at start I was a retired engineer/construction manager but that didn't seem to phase them. They blamed things on subs which is a age old excuse I heard 35 years ago, I guess no realizing they are still responsible. A complete package it was not, I am still coordinating with cable provider to get service that should have been done during construction, this experience was not fun. ... Más

Moved in on March 20th. We have a long list of unresolved punch list items that no one is addressing. Covid is not a valid excuse for poor customer service.

We moved in one week before the Covid 19 crisis affected the US. We have found Del Webb to use that excuse to delay fixing issues that could be addressed during this time.

Would like more care with finishing touches on outside of home. Trim missing. Caulking very rough and sloppy. Extra globs of cement left to harden on sidewalk and garage floor.

Insure all punch list issues have a specific completion time established. Be aware of the slow hot water delay due to water lines in the slab. Closely inspect final cleaning quality.

I am really disappointed by the really cheap finishes that were sold to me as “upgrades”. The lack of attention to detail is astonishing. My construction manager told us that the shoddy work was “within their specifications”. When I asked to see the specifications, he told me that he didn't have them. After closing, every neighbor that I met has had complaints about their homes. We are making the most of our decision and investment — thank goodness for nice neighbors!

Everything was good in the beginning. We live in Colorado and are buying a new home in Ocala, Florida. Felt like we were rushed through the walk through and didn't really get a chance to look at the house throughly. We have issues with the house but unfortunately have not moved to Florida yet so we are having issues getting repairs needed. There is a wall on a pocket door which may need to be rebuilt. We have some tile which needs to be replaced. Construction was eager to move us along and only concerned about getting a good review but not really wanting to help us. We love the community and our neighbors. But their customer relations need some work. They say that they will call you back and don't or don't show up when they say they will I don't like being lied to by Chase (a service rep) They also came in our front yard when I was not home and tore up our front yard with out letting us know they were coming. Issues: 1. Master bathtub was reglazed (used); still waiting on a new one 2. Corian slabs chipped and scratched in master bath shower; still waiting on resolution 3. Paint is peeling on exterior of home; still waiting on a resolution 4. Air Conditioner is making a loud noise and AC person said it needs to be replaced 5. Electrical plates for ceiling fans are not adequate, electrical plates were installed for a regular light fixture instead 6. Garage door keeps opening on its own; repair person was here and reprogrammed the garage opener, but the issue still exists 7. A tree in front of the house died and the same tree was replaced and it is dying too ... Más

Does not do as they promise.

Buying experience was pretty good. Closing was a joke. Del Webb/Pulte employees stood over us encouraging us to give everyone a 10. The trades who worked on our home were awful and extremely sloppy. Pulte said the windows in homes were hurricane proof, double pain with vinyl frames. We got hurricane proof only. Neighbors are filing a class action suit against Pulte.

Builder very slow to correct warranty items.

The homes are put up quickly and often times things are overlooked r just not finished. Beware every little thing adds up quickly so it is easy to add $50,000+ to your home quit even noticing. You will spend extra of your own money fixing the shoddy taping in the garage and repainting as the paint quality is very inferior. The homes are crowded in and it seems that every inch of space is filled. However, the facilities are too small for the number of homes and they will never be able to hold events for the entire community which makes getting to know people hard. All materials builder grade. Concerns regarding poor drainage behind property. 900,000.00 home does not include linen closet!

Spent all morning for no show repairs or someone else’s fault? Multiple calls to schedule repairs then not a single issue resolved. Pics of repairs not even my house as I submitted. Sent wrong service people, no show on others. Stucco although scheduled won’t repair for a year.

The customer service is terrible.

Such shoddy workmanship and little concern for making things right. Great community but if I had to do it again, I would not buy from Pulte.

Pick this builder base on my son recommendation of CEO. Second reason Disney proximity. But construction is shoddy with multiple issues wrong with dwelling. Still waiting on multiple repairs to be done. They’re backlog due to other homes needing repair so I’ve been told by warranty repair. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

All of our neighbors have had the same issues as us, so it appears that Pulte builds homes using the cheapest methods "the home building code" will allow. In example, we have a walkout rambler with an unfinished basement. You can feel the counter bounce when some walks across the floor. Everyone is having this same issue but Pulte will just tell you they did everything to code. If you bring in an engineer, they will tell you that you will need to consider strongbacks. We built a rambler previous to this about 20 years ago with an unfinished basement and NEVER had this issue. All Pulte cares about is quickly banging out tons of homes, operating like an assembly line. They're like a big corporate machine. We've already spent a ton of money on this house and will now spend more to fix this issue on our own. ... Más

Don’t trust them to fix things that go wrong even one day after the close, hire someone to give you an expert opinion prior to close. They are great at giving you the run around.

Quality of workmanship was subpar. They just wanted to get the home built ASAP and then let the homeowner suffer the consequences of repairs. Very stressful

The Dell Webb resort style living is why we moved to this community. Coming from a high end DR Horton home the experience has been quite different. The walk through was several hours and appliances were run off and known to be working, as opposed to this walk through - being told they work fine when the dishwasher wasn't hooked up and flooded our floor and cabinet when we ran it off the first time. The hood Vent wasn't working either which turned out to be a bad breaker. I understand these things happen. What I'm not happy with is the service team rather than saying " we are sorry Mr and Mrs Schultz we will get it handled" your people choose to take photos under the dishwasher to see if it was removed when we changed the floors out . I explained the tube to the aerator requires a clamp at the connection which your team denied it did though the appliance repair person said yes it needed one. He only had a zip tie with him so I provided the clamp. I am an easy going person the clamp is no big deal I was glad I had it, but don't blame us for items not completed after the walk through. I wish this was the end but your service professional asked to see the rest of the home and continued to take pictures and tell my wife you did new tile on the shower walls your plumbing isn't covered now, your put back splash on the kitchen walls maybe that's why the hood vent isn't working and now your pot filler isn't covered he then asked if we were going to change the thermos stats " because if your do then and heating/ cooling system isn't covered. I thought for a second we were just calling for two items to be fixed and didn't realize we were going to investigated by your service team. My wife and I run a building supply company with four locations a little customer service goes a long way FYI. I could go on about several more items but I believe my point has gotten across. Lastly I'm on the mailing list for several of your South Carolina communities as we want to spend our summers close the the beach and family but I'm not to sure about those now. There is one last item I would like include . We have a mountain bordering our back yard and during flash floods there is extreme water run off. Dell Webb / Pulte had there contractor install a 2 or 3 course block wall to divide our property from the common area. After completion of the wall the contractor left his scaffolding planks water bottles, Beer Bottles, Energy drink cans and the dirt from the footings which now halt drainage. We asked for this to be cleaned and the drainage to be reworked for water to run as intended, at the walk through which was never done now we are being told its common area and the HOA should clean up after the Block wall contractor. Can you say production homes?!?! They tell you one thing and then do another. The workmanship for the most part is poor. Granted there are a few decent subs, but overall the whole process is bad. The supervisors are no more than Pulte yes people. They tell you what you want to hear, but don’t follow through with what needs to be done. Never again!! Worst decision ever!!

I had high hopes for our beautiful new - and very expensive- home. Our construction mgr was the only reason we went through with the home build- Clinton was awesome. We had horrible experiences of being lied to and the quality of their product is horrible. Def not what we expected

We have had electrical issues. Half the inside of the home the electric went out. The electricians diagnosed the problem. The roof is leaking and shorting out the electric. We have a call into the roofer and they will not come out till Thursday. We discovered the roof leak on Friday. I have a bucket in my kitchen catching the water. Called Pulte warranty and they do not answer their phone. You need to leave a message. When they finally called us back they hung up on us twice. We are not having a great a great experience. I find it unacceptable the roof is leaking and we have to waite at least 6 plus days for the roofer to come out. ... Más
