It’s great to be back

The only thing that would improve is to give the buyer a 3 day pause after selecting in the design center. We wanted to change a few things after we thought about it and was told we couldn't. Our construction manager, Jack, was excellent to work with!

From the beginning of our experience with Del WebbNorth Penn through our closing we have nothing but praise for the entire team. Matt, our sales professional made us feel like this was home even before we signed for our townhome. Nancy, our designer, listened to what we thought we would need and made suggestions that allowed us to envision our dream. We came back with a pillow from our couch and she help us make sure our design picks were in line with what we wanted. There are no words to express our gratitude to Alec, our construction manager. It's hard being in another State wondering if things are going well. Alec kept us up to date on the progress and when construction was completed worked with us on a timeline that worked for closing. Our walkthrough went well and any major or minor issues we identified were handled. We were made to feel that our requests were out of line. We now work with Jeff, our customer service representative, and we know that any issues moving forward will be handled. Our home and community is exceptional. ... Más

From exploring Del Webb in Wildlight with Jeff in sales to moving in, the experience has been amazing and fast! Crandall our super was attentive and responsive. We feel like we are home!

Adam was the salesperson with whom we worked, He was always quick to respond, was consistently professional. Kevin was the building supervisor and he was great. Such a nice person, clearly concerned about making our home something we could be proud of.

We love our new home.

Right from the start our Sales Consultant Troy and our Construction Manager Cody kept us updated on a regular basis on the status of our building experience. Originally our home was scheduled for completion in February ‘24 and it was delivered to us in November ‘23. There were a few bumps with our walkthrough but Cody rallied the troops and corrected everything to allow the closing to happen without a hitch. Thanks to everyone for the support.

We were out of State for mist of the building process of our new home, but our Dell Webb contact, Mark and our builder, Matt, were very good at keeping us up to date on the process with weekly reports and updates. We were here towards the end and were able to watch it come together and have the walk throughs a bd we are still having warranty work done on little things we have found that need to be fixed. Chris is very good keeping that process happening. Thanks to all!

Our construction manager Al was outstanding! He is completely trustworthy, provides stellar customer service and follows through on everything he promises. Made this entire process so much easier!

If I had to summarize our home buying experience in one word, it would be outstanding. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with, and even though we were out of the area, as the home was being built, our supervisor kept us informed. The representative in the design center was a true professional. First, she listened to our objectives and tastes, then she offered a number of suggestions, many of which we adopted. The quality of construction is top-notch. After the move-in, the customer care department could not have been more helpful. There is a process in place, and it is important that new homeowners familiarize themselves with how it works. If you do, you will not have a problem. My only caveat would be not to get carried away with adding too many extras. The cost of the home can increase rapidly if you don’t keep your wits about you. Stick to the things you really need and treat yourself to a few of the things that you want (but don’t really need). We have already recommended Bayview to a number of our friends. make the move! The process was very efficient. Al kept us informed of all the steps during the construction.

We love our new home and working with Darren in the sales office and Paul during construction has been wonderful. We look forward to settling into the community and enjoying everything Del Webb has to offer.

The entire experience was flawless.

The Pulte group of companies made our buying experience SOOO much easier, less complicated. Having the Builder/Seller, the Mortgage, and the Insurer under a single umbrella is the cornerstone of the Pulte Group approach. I cant say enough and am so grateful for the team at Pulte Mortgage - Amber and Frederick are simply Rock Stars! Kelly @ Pulte Insurance is super efficient; Kim and Brent onsite are always responsive and knowledgeable. Cant envision how it could be better!

Everything went perfect from walk through to signing paper work to moving in..

There is something to be said about experiencing the building process of your home from framing through finish. It is yet another to have the superintendent thoughtfully point out every detail of what is inside the walls. Jason and his team did this and more as we hit every mile stone in the journey whether we had questions or requests each was met with a smile and proudly completed. We could not be happier, as we know we live in a quality home built by quality people. Bravo to Jason, Brent, Chad and all! Thank you!

Our experience with the purchase and building of our Del Webb home was a very positive one. We began the process in April 2023 and were given an estimated completion date of November - December 2023. We closed in mid-November.. At each stage of the process, the Pulte Team Members were very friendly, helpful and professional.

This is my 1st buying a new build and what an experience, I was not coached or didn’t have help in decision making or missed things that were very important, lesson learned, but overall very happy

My husband and I had a perfect Experience from start to finish. Our project manager Keenan was absolutely incredible. We feel so lucky to have had him as a PM. We love our home and had absolutely not one issue that was not immediately addressed so therefore we had NO ISSUES AT ALL.!

Josh has been awesome, as was Jared while he was on our job. Both very knowledgeable and professional.
