Our experience with the purchase and building of our Del Webb home was a very positive one. We began the process in April 2023 and were given an estimated completion date of November - December 2023. We closed in mid-November.. At each stage of the process, the Pulte Team Members were very friendly, helpful and professional.

This is my 1st buying a new build and what an experience, I was not coached or didn’t have help in decision making or missed things that were very important, lesson learned, but overall very happy

My husband and I had a perfect Experience from start to finish. Our project manager Keenan was absolutely incredible. We feel so lucky to have had him as a PM. We love our home and had absolutely not one issue that was not immediately addressed so therefore we had NO ISSUES AT ALL.!

Josh has been awesome, as was Jared while he was on our job. Both very knowledgeable and professional.

Our Construction Manager, Dana, was amazing!! Our Selling Agent, Aaron was also amazing!! We have been extremely impressed with the communication, quality, and attention to detail. We are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives in this great community.

We have been run the home a couple of weeks. Still getting settled. So far very satisfied and loving our home!

I’m a retired contractor, so I was purchasing with high expectations, with my experience, I followed the process, Del Webb exceeded my expectations!!!

From initially meeting our sales associate (Ian) to the closing has been a great experience. Kudos to the project manager (Ben) as he made the building experience exceptional. His weekly interactions provided us with the confidence that the quality of the build would surpass our expectations.

Craig and Jocelyn did a great job getting us the exact home we wanted.

Mike is a great construction manager…showed us the features of the home and offered us his personal contact number in case we had any issues!

We loved Ben as our construction manager! He was awesome and very tentative to things we've needed, questions asked and very good about educating us on a new Florida home. There were a lot of things unfinished and we've had issues getting the trades to show up and fix things. We still dont have our cabnets done and we closed almost 2 months ago. Warranty has tried to be on top of it however theres only so much he can do if people dont show up. I fell like pulte is a good company to purchase from however their trades are terrible at assisting them and you as a home owner. We have been promoting the community to others. ... Más

Our experience with the purchase of the Pulte home was fantastic from the beginning to the very end. Rick and Scott H were exceptional in making sure all the little things were taken care of to our satisfaction.

Del Webb and Pulte Builders made building a new home so easy. We lived in another State and we received updates and photos weekly. I would (and do) refer others to consider looking into it.

Entire team was awesome to work with.

Overall great experience from start to finish

From the salesperson to the construction manager this process was above my expectations. Questions were always answered promptly and issues dealt with timely. I absolutely love my new house and would highly recommend Del Webb.

Saw to all details of the building process. Kept us informed and made sure home was ready as promised.

This is the 1st time I've had a home built in community that required standardized designs. I was a bit worried that this would restrict my choices. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of customization Del Webb allowed while still retaining a community continuity of design. Del Webb assigns a dedicated construction manager to keep you informed. I can't comment on the others, but our construction manager was absolutely outstanding. He made the experience painless. It was a great experience.

Our experience was excellent. Our construction manager John was the best. He took his time and went over all that we needed to know on our new home. He made a point to follow up with us to make sure all was well.

The entire experience was excellent. From viewing the model homes and the worksite to getting weekly updates from the project manager to an informative walk through to easy close. The house came out beautiful - with no issues or complaints! A few minor things had to be addressed and they were done quickly!

My builder was fantastic as he kept me in the loop with weekly updates.
