Home was left dirty for us. Attic above garage not insulated. Wiring issues. Multiple paint spots on carpet. Dishwasher hose not connected causing water leak. Overspray and missed paint on exterior. Missed dimmer switches. Multiple scratches in glass panels. Entry gate installed backwards causing stucco damage. Attic light is always on with no shutoff. Dryer vent on roof has no cover allowing rain to flow into dryer. Multiple paint touch up spots inside home. Had to turn on garage lights to make laundry room lights work. The only item to be addressed in the last six weeks since we moved in was to fix the laundry light issue. We sent an email with inspection report to Customer Care with no response until we sent a follow up email to multiple people including sales did we get a response. We were told Pulte would be scheduling repairs but have not heard back since then. Extremely disappointing experience and at this point in time there is NO WAY we could recommend a home to our friends or family. I see this will be reviewed before it’s posted so I am certain it won’t be posted due to it being a negative review but I hope someone takes note of the issues. ... Más

Major issues found upon move in. Builder is months behind and can’t fix. These are not warranty issues the issues are sloppy workmanship and DelWebb not supervising their contractors to assure of a quality home build. This is our fourth home build. We are very disappointed in the final product.

There are many issues with the home that should have been taken care of before we moved in.

From the time we signed the contract, it was all downhill. Communication from our salesperson Bobby G was scant and not helpful sending us to website for needed info that we could not get access to because we did not close yet. We had 3 field managers. The first one was focused on his promotion not our house. The second one seemed good but left for another company. The third was new. He tried but did not make the mark. Ron the manger called and we told him about lack of communication, poor workmanship ,continuity etc., He told us we were not Pultie people. Somewhat threating. He has since apologized. They have significant issues with their trades. They have to come back 2,3 more time over the same issue. This appears to be issues at the higher level of management with managing all trades. They are burning out their field manager or their field managers do not care and let things slip. We moved here for location as number 1 reason. We heard about quality about this location but did not believe it was this bad. Del Webb in general has a good rep. From our pre closing walk thru to closing only 60% of the items were completed. After 2 weeks of our closing most of the things on our pre-closing walkthrough were not completed. When we moved in 1/2 of our electric in our kitchen and all our electric in our dining area did not work, meaning you plugged something in it tripped the breaker. It took a month for them to come and correct. The electrician that came told us that when the electric was put in someone took a shortcut and put is a short-term fix so the breaker did not trip. The wrong thermostat was installed for our smart home. Grading in the back, water still standing. I can go on but you get the point. All poor workmanship. NO surprised . A patterned we have observed over and over again. Now, you put in a service request and it goes in a black hole. You have no idea when it will be corrected. We have a structural issue. On June 1, 2020 I received an email from your customer care manager stating July 2nd. between 8 and 4 my punch list items would be addressed. I waited ALL DAY for two people to come. One sprayed the track in the 2nd. bedroom window to make it easier to use and one aligned my laundry room doors. ALL DAY to have insignificant items addressed while the important items were not. I'm STILL WAITING. My closing was March 30, 2020. It is rude, unkind and very unsettling to feel totally ignored. Stop blaming COVID for your unprofessionalism.

I am so disappointed with the quality of the craftsmanship. My house has problems

It's been my experience any time you have a new community the contracted builder has marching orders to build so many homes per month. The builder is only as good as the sub contractor's they employ. 99% of the time there are no sub-contracting supervisors to monitor the daily work of their employee's doing the installs. Usually there is only an on site company superintendent who oversees the building process. If the sub contracting employees don't have pride in their craft, you wind up with shoddy workmanship. I'm also a remodeling contractor & have built 4 homes. I own Kal's Contracting & Plumbing. The homes are over priced for the finishes you provide. Poor communication. No response to warranty items submitted on the owners website. The only thing I would recommend is the location of the neighborhood. This development needs more people working for it like the job supervisor Daryl.

Apparently I’m not supposed to give names or examples of what the issues, so I wonder how you expect to take care of the problems... I have plenty of pictures and texts if anyone is interested.

We move in March 25th. Understand the virus but we have been linking with MANY issues that could have been resolved without coming inside. Issues are from not lights, missing kitchen shelves, Magyar ari conditions issues, quality issues all over...... very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the quality of the home and the communication from Del Webb. Issues identified prior to move-in have not been resolved 3 months later, no plantings or sod around home, numerous issues with shoddy workmanship including paint on carpets, counter top that's cut wrong, scratches in cabinets, etc. and so far a clubhouse delay by 4 months

Very poor finish work, gouged concrete drive, drive and walkway has never cleaned, holes in walls patched and spackle not matched, backing not installed to mount towel racks, toilet paper rolls and shower grab bars. Low quality cabinets, dents in cabinet doors bath room door. Sod poorly insralled, standing water in back yard. Floor tiles not cleaned etc. Need I continue?
