Our experience with Del Webb has been worry free. We were treated like people should be treated and enjoyed the whole process of buying our new home from selecting a lot to selecting the color of our home. Everyone involved has been very positive and professional. We would recommend Del Webb to all our friends.

From the first moment we drove into the community I felt like this was the place we had been looking for. We met with Mark and he was amazing and still is. Once the construction began we were assigned Zakry as our site manager and he kept us informed all the way through the building of our home. We believe we have gotten a beautiful well constructed home and plan on enjoying retirement here for many years to come.

They were welcoming during the building cycle and very responsive to questions and/or concerns.

If at all possible, new home buyers need to see in person the lots they might be considering. Getting a lay of the land is important. Kind of difficult if you live out of state.

I used Pulte for everything - realtor, mortgage, insurance which made the process smooth. Home was ready in the time frame originally predicted. Impact windows block out all the construction noise. Special shoutout to Bridget & Brian

Liz, our sales consultant,, and Allie, our building manager are great to work with. They actually listen to the buyer and respond accordingly. Both are considerate of your needs and return an answer to any question immediately or quickly. They guided us through making decisions for building the house we would love. And we do!

We feel like our Rancho Mirage quality built Del Webb home will be the perfect solution to escaping ice, snow and cold winters. We started the process in Feb and closed mid July just as predicted. The construction manager sent us photos and answered questions to explain the ongoing steps every 1-2 weeks. Now we are excited to feather our new winter nest!! I really like the quality items put in. Ie Moen faucets, Shaw carpet, kitchen aid appliances, Lennox furnace. We can’t wait for Dec now!! Thank you!

My experience with Dell Webb was smooth , I purchased my home during covid so there were some delays . Which I expected , supply chain delays , workers being out and such . My sales agent Holly was great . She kept me informed and sent pix of progress regularly. Construction manager , Jake was always available for questions and responded quickly. All in all everything was handled professionally. Even my closing was smooth , done virtually. Acctually signed all my docs in the airport waiting for my flight back home after my final inspection in person. Very pleased with all involved . Once moved in Lucy was able to guide me through what I needed to do and she did all with a smile . ... Más

I really enjoyed my entire Sun City experience. I had a great sales lady Jodi. She was super honest and her communication was awesome. I felt like she really wanted me to move here. My home builder Jeff was even more amazing. He was always ready to speak to me and walked me thru all of my dumb questions. He also was very genuine with me. I liked that. Now that I'm here in Sun City I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love it here.
