Of the more than 15 new homes we have built or purchased, this has been the worst experience. There is no pride of workmanship, quality is terrible and response to issues has been poor.

Buyers beware about customer service after closing, I am still waiting for my cracked in owner suit bathroom mirror that need it to be replaced since March 3,2021 till today, May 25 it has been one very frustrated dealing. Many calls with no returned call from them. No Show couple of times and yet no one seems to care about it, you have no recourse and no one helping you to solve it including my field manager ignore my called, the RESPONSIVENESS TO ISSUES is NONE EXISTENCE

Niki was a great help. We’ve been here for two months now and the French Doors have never been installed. They arrived yesterday and were supposed to have been built in the house. The dishwasher was here but never installed. So many issues!

There were a few things that we thought could be custom - the answer was always NO. We moved in with items remaining to be done - we have been here 5 weeks now and items are still waiting to be done. We were nice and didn't bother with any escrow - that was a mistake. For a high end builder, these homes are surely NOT high end. We have gone to a few meet & greets and all we hear is other homeowners with similar complaints. Some for almost a year now.

I’m disappointed with the house. Happy with the great neighbors. Don’t know if I’d do it again.

Builders need to pat More attention to details.

The workmanship, materials and responsiveness were all shoddy. We still have many issues that have not been corrected nearly 2 months after closing. We are not happy and frankly if we could go back we would purchase from a different builder.

They’re quick to fix little mistakes. But it takes more than 30 days to fix their big ones and still waiting!! Every Monday I text the foreman asking when will the hole in the wall will be fixed? I’m told he’s confirming with the drywall company to fix the gap. To me this is not a gap it’s a hole! When they built my house they forgot the crown molding. So after having to come back in and add the crown molding they laid the molding on top of the vent going into the guest bedroom. Not acceptable so they replaced the vent with a smaller one now leaving a hole. It seems like they can’t figure out how to fix this problem. Next the gaps on the floor going into the guest restroom and the washroom. First I was told that’s the way they should be. But then was told going to make sure. So a threshold was placed on top of the gaps. Again not acceptable! If you step on the threshold you’ll hear a crack sound. This is because of the gaps underneath. Everything from a refrigerator that was installed incorrectly and rattled, to a furnace that was wired incorrectly and was cycling thru with the fan not turning on. There was a dryer vent issue, lock issue and dripping faucet that is on its second service call. I’m not breaking these things, they came broken.

Used inexperienced trades. We were at the site each day and saw firsthand how and who was doing the work. The interior work was not completed by experienced contractors in most cases. This was proven correct by the number of times we had to have repairs done.

Designs offered are irregular mix of impractical and unsafe options for older residents; schedule and cost-controlling focus appears prominent with zero quality control inspections prior to house delivery

Every house I see in Sun City has a rain sensor with a bracket on their gutter. When I looked for mine it is sitting in my gutter. So I am thinking why would someone just put my rain sensor in my gutter instead of using a bracket like everyone else? It did not fall there someone had to do that instead of doing it right. That is my reason for the low rating.

No hubo respuesta a ninguna inquietud presentada a la atención de los gerentes de área (Bruce).

No hemos tenido más que problemas desde que nos mudamos. Puede ver la luz del día a través de la puerta del garaje y ese es un margen de error "aceptable". ¡Esta actitud es totalmente inaceptable! ¡Las puertas del garaje son solo piezas de metal baratas! El mecanismo de seguridad para niños se puede desalinear fácilmente. Teníamos 3 baños defectuosos. Totalmente no nivelado. Han sido reemplazados. El baño principal dos veces y el baño 3 tuvieron que reemplazar el collar de drenaje porque estaba agrietado cuando se instaló el reemplazo. Estuvimos sin baño en el dormitorio principal durante todo un mes. Las baldosas en el dormitorio principal tuvieron que ser removidas y reemplazadas para nivelar el piso. La esquina trasera estaba tan desnivelada. El control deslizante no se pudo bloquear. Eso tomó 2 viajes para ser abordado. Una manija del mueble de la cocina estaba apagada. Esa puerta tuvo que ser reemplazada y 12 si las puertas de los gabinetes tenían que ser ajustadas. Las persianas del dormitorio principal estaban cerradas y tuvieron que ser reemplazadas. Solo había 1 contraventana que no tuvo que ajustarse. Se tuvo que ajustar el desagüe de desbordamiento en la bañera del baño 3. Eso significaba que la pared del baño principal tenía que abrirse para que se corrigiera. Hay un árbol muerto en el patio trasero que fue puesto entre nosotros y nuestro vecino detrás de nosotros. Nuestro vecino notificó a la oficina antes que nosotros y todavía está allí. The real-estate portion was outstanding as well as the title portion. Now when as to the mortgage portion it was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS !!!!!! Between loosing very important financial information and as for the same documents over and over and telling me the need to pay off a $60 credit card at closing THEY ARE CLUELESS!!!!! At one point I told them I should just buy the house outright!! I was lucky I only had to deal with them for 3 weeks!!! I have a friend dealing with them now and he is going through the same issues, sadly enough he has to deal with incompetence for a few months!! Moral to the story DONT USE PULTE MORTGAGE!!! This builder is the best, but covid affected everything...not the builder's fault

The building experience was phenomenal. The reps were responsive and very helpful. The only downside was Pulte mortgage who. Both our credit scores are over 800 and we have plenty of income to qualify for. They didn't understand a non revocable personal trust and kept asking for the same thing over and over. Our ***** and finance guy provided what they wanted and it still wasn't enough. We got so frustrated we paid cash and said the hell with them.

First let me start with the positives. My builder, Daniel Clark, was outstanding in every way. There aren’t enough stars in the sky to rate him. Because of him, I know my home is solid and every detail was scrutinized and correctly executed. I have complete faith and trust in him and his work. Now for the negatives, I am disappointed in the quality of my flooring. I just moved in so time will tell how it ages. Pulte Mortgage was a nightmare and had great impact on my overall experience. They had all my financials for 5 months and the day before closing they told me I had to make an 85% down payment rather than the 40% previously agreed upon. I had no time to review the amended documents because my moving truck was already on the road. I’ve only met a handful of people and learned I’m not the only one with complaints about their mortgage company. It greatly impacted my opinion of the company. ... Más

The house and the construction people are solid. Minor issues have been resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Painful process but nice home. My next move will be either to live under a bridge or the cemetery.

Our experience with Pulte Mortgage was horrible. We had to keep supplying the same info and the new info could have been requested much earlier. We did not close on our closing date bc of trying to get info that should have been requested much earlier than the week of Christmas when many offices were closed. We were very stressed! It was a trying experience.
