I really enjoyed my entire Sun City experience. I had a great sales lady Jodi. She was super honest and her communication was awesome. I felt like she really wanted me to move here. My home builder Jeff was even more amazing. He was always ready to speak to me and walked me thru all of my dumb questions. He also was very genuine with me. I liked that. Now that I'm here in Sun City I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love it here.

My experience was good from the beginning until the house was ready. The builder pay attention to details on correct things that needed. I did not have any issues.

From beginning to end of purchasing our home DelWebb was very helpful and made the process very smooth and easy to complete.

Make sure you stay in touch with your Sale Agent and Construction Project Manager, as they can answer questions and resolve issues early on. My home has turned out very well and with minor issues.

The quality of the condo is what I was shown on the model when I was considering to make a purchase. Tim and his construction team had a checklist posted in each unit. His team reviewed it weekly to make sure progress was being made and it was done correctly. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Di the walk through on-line. He also showed up on my closing day and walked me through everything. Covering all the appliances and all the questions I had. It took several hours. Gave me suggestions and answered all my questions. Identified several items that needed attention.

Overall, this was a very good experience, beginning with our salesperson Bruce and continuing throughout. Nikki was great with helping to make our selections. We were kept informed by our construction manager Mateo every step of the way. He always followed up on any items brought to his attention and noted most items without our having to mention them. He also responded promptly to a couple of items found after closing.

As we began the purchase of our new home the Sales person was very helpful in showing us homes that meet our needs and it was very easy to choose the right home for us. Through this process the foreman listened to all of our needs to address items we wanted corrected in our walk throughs. They were all addressed in a timely manner before we closed. The closing was made very easy through the Pulte online portal. We felt very secure doing the DocuSign to close on our home. After we moved in and got settled in, we noticed a few items that needed to be corrected. The doorbell didn't work correctly, and the kitchen cabinets needed some attention and adjusted. I filled out a request to have these items addressed and that very day I got a response. The work was scheduled and taken care of. I am very pleased with the home and the complete process of getting into our new home. I would certainly suggest anyone looking for a new home to consider a Del Webb home. ... Más

From the start, Alison in sales was extremely helpful as we walked through the purchasing process. We were then introduced to the PM, Kyle for the build of the house. We developed a great working relationship with Kyle. From introduction to the completion of the project we were update weekly by email & photos. We are very pleased with the process and the house. The Pulte team made the experience very easy for us, The Home Owner.

Our experience started with Candee she was great with assisting us with information about our Del Webb home and going over things with us in the process of getting us in our new home. Ron was also wonderful with working with us to make sure everything was in working order inside and outside and around the house. Overall working with them was great.

Allen, Nikki, Mateo & Debbie were wonderful to work with in my purchase, build, and follow up experience. Home was delivered quicker that forecast. Prices are the best in Florida.

I went to settlement with nothing on my punch list. This is the third house that I have had built and by far it was the best experience I have had. Once construction started I was kept informed of all the progress. Ever contact with Dell employees was very professional. Overall great experience and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

I had a great experience with Pulte Homes, and they exceeded my expectations. Marc S. and David G. were the team members who helped me the most, and they always kept their promises and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The best part is that Pulte's construction is excellent, and I am thrilled with the result.

From the beginning of our journey to purchase our new home about 2 years ago it was a pleasure dealing with Karen in sales . Karen is professional courteous and responds to any questions quickly and provided us with contact personal if she could not answer our questions .. She was always just a phone call or tempt away . I had The task of selling my precious and the new home purchase to manage . To say the least it’s a difficult sales to manage but Karen did so dealing with my first home sales contract falling through . Dealing with my emotions worrying my new home would not happen to the finale of both deals occurring simultaneously was incredible. I would like to recognize Lester our construction manager he was very informative giving us lots of details and pointers on our new home ..Mercedes in the Title company was also a key person to help me accomplish the closing on my new home .. She was patient and understanding when my prior closing unfortunately had to delay closing on my del Webb home she was incredible thanks everyone unfortunately I did not have same experience with the financing of my home but the rest was incredibly positive experience !!! ... We had a great experience with Del Webb from purchase through design, construction and closing. Scott was very helpful with lot selection and the home purchase. We enjoyed our appointment at the design center. Steven was fantastic throughout the construction process! He remained in close contact with us, and he took care to ensure that our home was a top quality build. Steven attended to all of the small details during our final walk-through. Our home was completed ahead of schedule in 4.5 months. We were even able to join the club and utilize the amenities during construction. That allowed us to meet many of our wonderful neighbors before we moved into our home. Overall, we've had a very pleasant experience, and we're looking forward to many happy years at Del Webb Chateau Elan! ... Más

We bought our house in July ‘22 and from that day to our final walkthrough with our realtor and project manager we had excellent communication every week. Ben ( the project manager), sent pictures and a weekly update. There was a set back with utility that was out of Ben’s control, he called us to explain what was happening. Great experience!

From the sales team, construction team, Pulte mortgage team everyone was great. No problems whatsoever. Any minor repair corrected promptly. Would highly recommend Del Webb.

Melanie and Adam were the best. We have purchased and built before, but this new build was without stress and we were always fully informed.
