Hola. Esta es nuestra tercera casa Pulte y la calidad de esta casa es menor que la de nuestras casas Pulte anteriores. La mano de obra está por debajo del promedio. La garantía es la peor que he experimentado entre los constructores. Envió varias solicitudes de garantía y no recibió ninguna respuesta o una respuesta muy lenta. No volveré a elegir Pulte. La empresa de títulos de propiedad que representa a Pulte Homes en Orlando tenía personas incompetentes que ni siquiera podían responder a las preguntas de la descripción legal. Nos dijeron durante nuestra caminata de celebración 1 semana antes del cierre que nuestros problemas de la lista de tareas pendientes se solucionarían y / o corregirían antes del cierre. Bueno, esa revisión fue hace unos 60 días en este momento y solo alrededor del 20% de esos problemas. se han corregido hasta la fecha. Césped muerto (no regado adecuadamente por el constructor), arbustos muertos (igual), patio y entrada de concreto manchado, molduras de gabinete sin terminar, varios otros problemas sin resolver. Decepcionado al lidiar con la burocracia de Pulte al tratar de hacer cambios menores durante el proceso de construcción. Pulte estaba más preocupado por el proceso de construcción de su casa que por asegurarse de brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. Tuve que pagar un cargo por servicio de $ 250 para cambiar un refrigerador que costaba menos que el refrigerador que Pulte había programado para la casa. Stay away. They keep lying about the Amenity Center. When we bought, they said it would be completed by mid 2026. Then they said late 2026. Now they say late 2027!!!! The temporary one they set up has already been outgrown and people are avoiding it. Every resident here is very angry about this.

Materials used were inferior. When questions were asked they told us nothing was wrong besides nothing could be changed. We stated we would not move into this house unless fixed but again we heard we can’t do that. My manager will be very upset. It was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but it isn’t. We wanted to cancel the contract but was told you can but you’ll lose the monies put down. We will not be moving into the house and currently have it up for sale. The building process from Del Webb (Pulte) is terrible. It’s like they have never built a house before. My opinion is they are putting up houses so fast they make numerous mistakes. There is very little quality control. They think because the framing is built off site and it’s basically like a kit that just needs to be assembled it will be fast and easy. Good concept with terrible execution. The workers that assemble the houses are semi-skillled in building houses and if they are being trained by Del Webb or Pulte, the training dept. should be fired. I would not recommend the builder or the staff of Pulte responsible for managing the process, and the product they produce is (and continues to be) seriously flawed. Specifically, they use inferior materials, the workmanship is shoddy, and getting them to fix warranty items continues to be a problem (even after three (3) months of ownership). I would not recommend them or the product they sell.

For this price point, the finish work was poor. There was overspray and paint drips along EVERY interior wall. On the outside, there was overspray, huge drips and a large area (2' x 2') of spilled paint on the rear porch. The 6" baseboard trim has wobbles throughout the primary rooms, the 1/4" round trim isn't cut at 45 degree angles and has no attention to esthetics, light switches and trim are not square, windows shades don't hang level due to poor manufacturing, LVP flooring has a very uneven finish, there are gouges and dents all over the home in the walls and around the door trim, chips ...

My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

The low voltage vendor Securepro miss labeled the codes for wiring tv hook ups. Can't be corrected since Pulte's lack of consistent plans allowed plumber to run pipes where the backing was to go. The rush to complete and lack of thorough inspection missed several item that had to be corrected after purchase. PM didn't provide shower rood for second bathroom told us to buy our own, he probably took it for himself. There is little oversiight of vendors Pulte uses. Homeowners in this community are EXTREMELY nice which is a HUGE plus.

While our construction manager listened to us there were many issues we had to bring up to him, things he should have known to do on his own. We paid to have items done a certain way and then found out that they arbitrarily would not do it. Had we known that we would have had a lot of extras done after closing. The subcontractors that Pulte uses are subpar to say the least.
