Everything went very smoothly and we're very happy with our home.

Our home buying experience with the Del Webb Oasis team members was exceptional, specifically the services received from Nate, Jonathan, Pablo & Jason. This is the 3rd new home we bought and Del Webb/Pulte is by far the best!!

Janet and Travis were awesome. Janet was great at finalizing everything and ensuring everything got finished up. Travis was great to work with over two years, always keeping in touch with me and answering all my questions.

From the sales team always the ways thru to the final inspection it was as a great experience. The construction team proved to be knowledgeable and experienced and in the end delivered us a fabulous home.

From Corey-and Alex in sales, Derek and Valerie in mortgage, Rick with insurance and Ryan our building manager. Everyone was helpful and responsive

Zach has been extremely helpful from the beginning, starting from the Walk through. He has been very informative and explaining in detail about all the things about the house like HVAC and so many other technological things and functions. My Experience with Pulte Homes at Del Webb has been Great!!! From the Sales Office to Loan Consultant, Loan Processor and Closing Team, everyone has been welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and diligent! Website Portal for Mortage Application processing is very helpful for Documents' processing. Special Thanks to Zach, Holly, Andy (Construction Manager), Andy (Customer Care Manager) for their kindness, patience, professionalism and a job very well done! The whole Process was open with all information provided ahead and there were no unpleasant surprises. The HOA Management Team (especially Jasmyne, Amber and Sabrina) is very welcoming, professional, courteous, kind and helpful! We have had a great experience with Pulte. Starting with Lisa in sales, Janette in finance and Nate, as our amazing project manager, we couldn’t ask for anything more. Throughout our months long journey, they were always available to help and still available post close. Lisa, Janette and Nate get five stars!!!

I enjoyed the process of buying our new home. I was comfortable throughout the process and appreciated the regular updates.

Any problems, questions or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved immediately. The quality of the work is reflected in the comments we receive from the after market contractors for the additional work we had done like ceiling fans and custom closets. They all were very impressed!

We appreciate Andrew's follow-up to closing concerns and Bruce was a wonderful sales associate from beginning to end.

My first home and I have to say it was a great home buying experience, even though it was remote! Now I'm fully retired in Florida in a beautiful community near my family (and Disney). We are extremely happy with our new home in Carolina Gardens! From the selection of our plan with Elisa & Karen to the finishing build & expertise of Thomas....we couldn't be happier! The quality & workmanship is outstanding. We have built 2 other new homes during our 50 years of marriage and this builder ranks at the top! The purchase process that my wife and I experienced was excellent and has continued since we moved in to our new Sun City Peachtree home. All the members of the Pulte sales, builders, financial and legal team were exceptionally well informed professionals providing timely communication and support. We both feel that our selection and purchase of a Del Webb Passport home designs is absolutely the best decision we could have made. My only regret is that we did not do this 10 years earlier. I felt everything went very smoothly with all of Del Webb’s construction. My engineer was on top of things and very responsive if I had questions or concerns. There was a glitch with getting the electric meter, it caused a week delay and me having to move twice, but this was not a fault of Del Webb or my construction supervisor. In fact, he spent hours on the phone to get the meter installed. Chris was A+.

Quality builder and a fantastic master plan community.

Very satisfied with the home overall, however, the final finishes are a little sloppy. I believe they send in a final crew to touch up, who slopped minor amounts of paint on light switches, windows, floors and counter tops. Also, tile grout is a little messy around some perimeter areas. They need to have a little more pride with these details.

We could not be happier with our home and the community of Stone Creek. Del Webb did a great job from start to finish. Our construction manager Jack was very responsive and kept us apprised of all progress. He was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend del Webb in Stone Creek to anyone looking in the Ocala area.
