From signing our purchasing sales agreement to completion date was a pleasant experience. Our new home was built within the timeframe given, living out of state our contraction manager and sales representative informed us of the progress along the way. Little issues we had with our home were addressed right away as they were pointed out. Overall we are very happy with our new home and mostly, we enjoy the community of Stone Creek.

Del Webb sells a great product. Their partnership with Pulte is fantastic. Our construction manager, Austin, was great. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns.

The best neighborhood I’ve ever experienced! Beautiful homes well constructed. I expected this. What surprised and delighted me was the community layout: sidewalks on both sides of all streets, marvelous sidewalk path lights and elegant and well placed street lights and whimsically painted rest benches, and meandering view corridors inviting residents to get out and walk. The Amenity Center is A+++. Congratulations to your team—-you have designed and built a perfect active adult resort style community!!!

We had a great experience from start to finish!

My experience with Del Webb was really astonishing. It was beyond expectations. From the start of the sales process, picking everything out which was easily done on the computer with my salesman, to the build phase and finally closing, things were completed on time, on budget and with a close eye to quality. I originally looked at a custom builder for $1.6M, but with Del Webb got a beautiful house with similar SF and finishes at a much more reasonable price. They really have home building down to a science. When it was a week out from closing, their quality review brought in the subs in an all-hands-on-deck approach including the cleaners. Jill, our salesperson, was fantastic. She explained the whole process to us and was available anytime to answer any questions. Our Field Manager Jarod kept us up to date with start times and completion dates throughout all of the building process. After our on time closing Pulte warranty has taken care of a few minor issues in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely build with Pulte again.

Each phase of the construction was reviewed in weekly phone calls from our construction manager.

Wonderful and smooth experience buying a new home from Del Webb. They made everything easy, right from the start in viewing their model homes, selecting a spec house and buying the house to their quick response to the few issues I had after moving into my new home. Matt was very easy to work with. Our previous Project Manager was difficult to work with, difficult to get things done. Matt helped us getting several projects accomplished. He was always easy to get a hold of. He was happy making us happy.

From the first time I saw the floor plan, I loved everything about it. My sales agent was so helpful and informative. The construction manager was great. Our original plan was to buy a home in St George, after making a trip to Mesquite there was no question where we wanted to live, we picked out our home that same day. We are so grateful for the help from Tanya Smith at the sales center, we did most everything by email, and phone calls from Salt Lake for almost 2 months, without her professionalism we probably wouldn’t be here today. She provided us with names and numbers for all of the contractors needed to complete our move in. The contractors provided to us were amazing. Blue Lee was also exceptional, our phone calls and answers were always taken care of at a very courteous, and respectful way, some days I felt like a real pest. We have purchased four homes, with two of those being new builds. Despite high demand, rising interest rates, and labor and supply chain concerns related to both the tail end of COVID and Hurricane Ian, this was THE BEST home buying experience we've had. Emmett, our construction manager, went out of his way to communicate with us and delivered a very well-built home. The few MINOR finish issues that we found prior to closing and during our first month in the home have been quickly addressed.
