My salesman, Travis, was great to work with from start to closing. Manny, the construction manager, was extremely responsive. Ashley and Charlotte were wonderful to work with. I especially loved their efforts to reduce my interest rate and closing costs!

Lisa was an excellent sales agent. From the time I first walked the models until I actually went to contract she answered all of my questions. If I called, texted or walked into the sales office she would make time for me. The project manager James kept me updated on the progress of my home being built with either a text or sending me photos. He followed through on everyone of my issues.

The assistants we recurved from choosing a site, selecting options and colors, communicating and fixing the insignificant issues was superb. Through the entire house buying experience all the Del Webb staff made this a painless journey.

No problems that can’t be handled

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that on my change order paperwork it said I would be receiving 42" upper cabinets and everyone said that it was a glitch in the system that printed that out and it was a mistake.

My experience with Pulte has been very professional and responsive. my last two homes have been with Pulte and I have nothing but good experiences with them. they have taken care of any issues, not that I have had many, even past their warranty. They have listened and considered all my requests. I have also been impressed with Dennis, their construction manager and my salesman: John.

We are extremely delighted with the overall experience with Pulte and the Del Webb Sunbridge team! Kialey our sales consultant, Darren our build manager and everyone else on the team made the hole process a pleasure, which is much much better than our past experience with Shoma 25 years ago!

They are not hard sell people. They listen to you and answerer all questions. From the Selling Agent to the Property manager.

They sincerely care about your acquisition

Absolutely a wonderful experience from the very first meeting with the sales team and especially Caryn E. all the way thru to move in. The construction team especially Lester C. worked hard to overcome some quite difficult supply chain issues and managed to get the house completed and move in ready in time for me to make the relocation move with a minimum amount of difficulty. My sincere thanks to everyone with Del Webb and Pulte that made it happen!

Fantastic experience with construction and Sales

Buying experience was great due to excellent sales person, Theresa B., who was tough but also very customer oriented. Home is as advertised and a great value.

I truly believe that we have been treated with kindness, respect and compassion throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful sales consultant, construction manager and now warranty manager. Each person we have dealt with has ensured tasks have been completed to our satisfaction.

The overall experience was great, Ryan and Mike communicated regularly on the progress. Any issues were logged and addressed quickly.

The builder was very concerned with keeping us informed throughout the whole process and did an excellent job in communicating the status of the project. Quality of the workmanship was extremely commendable and we could not have been more pleased.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He always kept us up to speed. The quality of the home is very good the fit and finish of all components is great.

Number one was honest communication from our agent Bill and the building managers Eric and Elliott. Quality of the materials used, and the workmanship were excellent. When there were issues, warranty follow up by Silvio were addressed and resolved. Elliott who was our second building manager due to family issues with Eric went out of his way to address needs questions and serviced our needs quickly and appropriately. If he did not know the answer, he said so and then responded quickly when did find the answers to our questions. I am very happy with my new home, and community, it was well worth the wait! I had complete trust and confidence that Pulte/Del Webb would build a quality home and provide the support and services needed throughout the entire process. It is a stressful process for most buyers, especially not knowing precisely when your home will be completed, and Pulte delivered on time. Not an easy feat today with so many supply chain delays. The sales team sent out weekly updates and progress reports. They were always available by phone to answer questions. I met personally with the construction manager to review the finishes for my unit. He also did an online presentation explaining the construction details, Pulte construction standards which are above code, inspections, etc. My closing date was given to me more than a month in advance which didn’t change. The onsite warranty team, Gary and Joe are terrific, responding immediately to any requests or questions. The key for me was feeling confident that I was buying from a trustworthy builder, with years of experience building 55plus communities. ... Más

This has been a very positive experience. Hannah was great at explaining all of our questions and keeping us updated on events through the whole process. Matt has been excellent at the construction side of the project. He kept us appraised at all facets and phases of our home's construction. He answered all of our questions as we went through the process and got all of our special requests fulfilled in a timely manner. He was great to work with and was respectful through the whole process. By the end of our home construction we consider both of them to be friends.

Our experience has been excellent. The team at Del Webb has been on top of things since the beginning.
