From the preview of the model all the way to closing we had awesome experience. Sales staff and our construction manager very professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions we had. The build quality of our home was great. Community director and HOA really doing everything to keep residents happy and entertaining.

We feel we got a great house on a great lot. We love the plan-it's very open. The things that need to be fixed are small items such as fixing up painting, drywall repair. Pulte is very good about getting back to us to correct issues-before and after we closed. Del Webb communities are a wonderful place to live!!!

From the realtor to the law firm who handled the closing, the experience was a good one. All aspects were satisfactory. The project coordinator was really SUPER! He kept on what was happening on a daily basis and gave me a personal, weekly report. I had no surprises. In today’s world, that’s huge!!

Love the Nocatee area. Well kept grounds with plenty of amenities. Jamie was wonderful help with our walk-through process and has been a pleasure to work with. Pulte Homes built a quality villa perfect for our retirement. Samantha has a smile to greet us and answers all our questions. Great place to live.

Our builder Austin was so extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! We had a few issues during the walk-through that were immediately taken care of before closing! The minimal issues we discovered post closing, Austin either took care of or directed me to the people that could help!

It was really easy to work with the builder on selecting options to make my home exactly as I wanted. The entire process went smoothly and there was always excellent communication from the building project manager so I always knew where we were in the process and if there were any delays due to supply chain issues. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and community.

Moving into a Del Webb community is one of the best choices I have made. The physicality is wonderful and the people are very friendly. The sidewalks make walking around easy and fun! The only negative thing I can say is that the house was not cleaned as well as I would have liked(drywall dust) and my back porch could have been pressure washed better (orange spots and dried drywall on the concrete) it was acceptable but I expected a higher standard. I would still highly recommend and give a five star rating to the company.

Erika in sales was a joy to do business with. Total professional and responsive to our needs. Lauren in the design center really knows her stuff and greatly aided us in making our selections. Provided exceptional advice. Joey, the home construction manager, did a super job, both in construction and keeping us informed. Always pleasant, he provided timely, comprehensive responses to our questions. The Del Webb team made buying and building a home an enjoyable experience!

From the start we were asked if we qualified due to the age requirements and were super happy to hear that we did, as soon as we were told that we could from the day of the walk arounds to look at available home we were very opportunistic to fall into the home. Lucky if anything. From the final walk down to the signing of the documents, Del Webb representatives across the board were SUPER professional, super attentive, and friendly at best. We are very happy to be in this community and be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet and enjoy the amenities. Overall our experience with Delwebb was great! They have a great team of project managers that are with you every step of your journey. We were very fortunate and happy with our project manager., Mike. We are thrilled with the final product, and best of all, we love our new home.

The whole experience has been great mainly due to the helpful & knowledgeable people I encountered along this journey. Everyone has been extremely friendly & James D. my construction Mgr continues to stay in contact to make sure I am pleased with my new home.

Huge thanks to Jim B for all his coordinating efforts and service with a smile! The design team was excellent, they made it almost effortless and we were long distance. The construction chief, Bret, built us a beautiful home and right on schedule.

My overall experience was positive. It took close to a year to complete my home due to circumstances beyond Pulte's control. Follow up has been good on items that need to be fixed. I love having a one story home with no steps. The storage area in the garage is huge.

The process went smoothly and there were no serious problems. The only issue was that completion of the house was delayed by about 2 months because of unavailability of some materials, but they kept us informed of the status and schedule.

We loved every aspect of our home buying experience! Lynn our Sales agent, Dana, Wes and Austin our Superintendents were so amazing! They kept in touch with us along the way and we’re responsive to our many questions as well. Given the challenges to industry is experiencing, they went above and beyond to insure they delivered a quality home! We’ve been here 6-weeks and so far everything is still great. The best thing about Pulte Homes in Merrill Ranch is the multitude of options for customizing your home to suit your needs! My Chefs kitchen is wonderful!
