I can’t say enough about the builder. I only had a few small things that needed attention. Scott came to the house. He was FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our home and the service we have had from the start. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Our realtor Patrick Beach was contacted by Pamela Williams a sales professional at Del Webb. There was a brand new home that had just been completed in September. Between Patrick and Pamela they knew the home was a great match for us. The following day we scheduled the first appointment with Pamela. We fell in love with the house after spending time checking all the amenities. The last home we had custom built on 3 acres out in the country. The craftsmanship we exceptional. What really made the difference is all the activities and new people that were moving into the area. We put down 10% that day and closed in 30 days. The overall process of deciding on and building my new Pulte home was great. A fully informed and helpful Pulte employee was with me from start to finish. From choosing a model, lot, various upgrades for the house, and the progression of the build. The whole experience was a pleasure and the house is amazing.

Very solidly built home at a fair price.

We had never built a home before and the whole Del Webb process made the experience so much easier. Our sales representative (Keith) expertly guided us trough the process and answered all our questions no matter how trivial. We we lucky to have his expertise. Our project manager (Ryan) provided weekly updates and completed our house on time. There were small hiccups along the way, but Ryan’s team were quick to identify and correct the issues. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our Del Webb home and community. No regrets!

The best part of the entire process by far was our sales person Vicky W. She literally held our hands through the entire process. Answered every question and if she didn’t know the answer she didn’t hesitate to seek it out on our behalf. Even after our closing date she was still helping to answer questions. Our build team was great and the company is trust worthy. We closed with a few outstanding task that needed to be completed and I am pleased to say build team kept their promise dates and completed everything to their word. Overall good experience considering the times we are living in.

We've been in our new house for almost 2 months. We love our floor plan, our sunroom, our kitchen and our master bath, our neighbors. Everything else has been great, but those are the parts that have really stood out.
