Times were tough: lumber, supply, labor shortages. But the team pulled it all together, and got us into our home with minimal delays. We were kept pretty well informed on what was happening and what to expect. Our thanks to the entire Dell Webb team. A great buying experience, and we are more than happy with the results: our beautiful new home!

From beginning to move in I was kept informed and very satisfied.

I don't have any complaints on the building and purchasing process. While moving in, there is a requirement for movers which cost me little more. Except that, I have good community, quite life. I'm satisfied.

We are now happily living in our new home. Wish it hadn't taken over 6 months.

Bobbie your sales person was an amazing person to work with us. She definitely makes you guys look good. Joey our Project Manager also was excellent. They both knocked it out of the park.

The whole experience was terrific beginning with our sales consultant Siobhain along with Jaime’s help in making our selection at TAC. I also can’t say enough good things about our Project Managers Zack and Josh. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. For the most part, the entire experience was well-orchestrated and organized. There was a lot of step-by-step handholding all along the way which greatly alleviated what could have been a very stressful experience.

Every week we received updated pictures of the process of construction of our new home in Mesquite. There was continual communication throughout especially when there was delays and/or shortages in products. We would certainly purchase a Del Webb home again and would recommend highly.

I lived out of state while the house was being built. Everyone from the sales agent, general contractor, decorating center, and escrow were very helpful and responsive. They kept me updated regularly.
