The sales consultant was great at outlining the major milestones in the construction process and was available as questions arrived. The project manager assigned to the project was awesome in responding to questions and concerns. Overall, a very smooth enjoyable process.

Erica was great throughout the purchase process and even afterward when I had issues. Todd Ballard was awesome in the home loan experience and very professional. Joey was my builder and a did a great job throughout the process. When Joey was away Anthony jumped tight in at a critical time to help out. Austin Stock has been absolutely amazing in the warranty prices and he and his team get an A+. I ran a major business segment for a large corporation and owned it cradle to grave (I.e. quote through post sales services so I know a good operation when I see one.

Pulte is a great builder! The quality and workmanship is really apparent. Everyone we worked with from the salesperson to the construction, tile, loan officers and beyond were wonderful. We know we are going to be really happy here for many years to come. Pulte thought of everything in the 55+ Merrill Ranch Community in Sun City. It felt like home for my wife, the first time we visited, but the highly respected name, is why we purchased our fourth new-build here. Thank you, for a wonderful experience!

This our second Del Webb Pulte home. The houses are well-built and the responsiveness of the construction superintendent and warranty manager was superb.

Josh, the representative of the builder in the Dell Web Office warmly welcomed us as we began a new experience of buying a house that was to be built. The first thing I felt from Josh was his openness about the process we were about to experience. Having trust was very much needed in such a huge project. He explained the very organized process. It wasn't always easy to “keep up” in making the necessary choices, but their team was always guiding us throughout the process. Once the building began, Josh introduced us to Will, who became our personal contact as the construction manager. He was excellent in providing information, being available anytime, answering texts, caring when we had concerns and finalized his time with us by preparing us for Closing. Value for the price has been exceeded....

The quality and value of our new home is superb. We so appreciate the sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness and expertise of everyone we dealt with.

The entire process was a breeze thanks to both Kristin and Matt, the construction managers for my new home. They are genuine, good people who take pride in their work and it shows. Del Webb is blessed to have these two on their team.

Pulte was good about keeping us informed on the progress and the field manager was great.

Think coffee has a great process from start to finish. They make it very simple from buying your house to getting insurance mortgaging your house and closing.

Despite all the COVID related supply chain issues, our home was completed on time and we are very pleased with the result. The home, the Del Webb Community and the surrounding area in Lakewood Ranch are a great match for the lifestyle we were seeking.

Great communication from the sales office and field manager. We were informed of our home's progress in weekly emails with photos. The warranty department was responsive in taking care of warranty work. It was a pleasant experience to build in Del Webb Bexley. We are happy with our home and highly recommend Pulte.

Construction issues were minimal and addressed in a timely manner.

Del Webb is such a great and safe community. Being a new neighborhood, houses are still being built when we moved, and witnessing how they are built gives me more confidence on how my own house was built.

Everything went well with buying experience. Any issues we had after moving in were taken care of.

Siobhain, Josh, and Zach were amazing thru the entire process. They met many of the supply chain challenges with solutions and honesty! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes and these folks that work for them!
