Good experience, the finished home was great. The project manager did a good job with getting minor items corrected after we moved in.

We had a great experience working with Cody and Catherine. In view of the current market conditions there were challenges with the supply chain and getting the project completed on time. Cody and Catherine kept us apprised of the progress and they continue to stay in touch and have been a pleasure to work with.

Starting with the salesperson Marc he kept me informed about everything that was going on step by step. Every month he would give me a detailed Verbal report and what phase would be next. My wife and I spent at least one and a half hours looking over options from standard to premium selections. The project supervisor Jake was also very outstanding sending us photos of almost every portion of the build he also personally invited us to come and view certain portion of the build. Jake also went into great detail on the walk through before closing date and had marked the imperfections that he observed and suggested us to look for any other he may have missed.
