We had frequent communication from our building manager while our home was being built. Mike Johnson was quick to answer any questions we had, and sent us weekly updates and photos during the building process. Our home was finished right on schedule. One item that was asked to be fixed during our final walkthrough was fixed before our closing.

This is a great community and well built homes that you will be happy with.

Excellent value. Del Webb living is a real community experience. We are making new friends daily. There is so many activities in a beautiful setting. The field supervisor walked us through every inch of our house during and after construction. So helpful.

The building project manager was on top of all the situations that arose during the construction. Delays in delivery of materials due to supply chain issues. Timely replacement of materials delayed to keep the project on schedule. The sales rep provided input to help us make appropriate decisions on the items selected for the build. The sales admin provided insight and suggestions for services in the area.

They can have faith in the builder

I was only able to visit one time to my house in progress. David kept me informed throughout the process, so there were no surprises. He is an excellent builder and very thoughtful of an absentee owner. I would ask for his help should I build again in Sun City Peachtree!

The warranty dept. so far has been great and very responsive.

Pulte is known for quality build and this has been my experience so far. Pulte homes are also known to be tight, that in each house has a dedicated system to bring outside air into the home. I am very happy with my new Pulte home.
