This was a quality and great experience start to finish. The PM was very communicative and responsive to issues and questions. They met the schedule commitment despite and through supply issues which was vital since a move from Chicago area was dependent on it.

The community appears to be quite friendly.

Our site manager, Rick, was always available when we had questions or concerns. Each new customer is assigned someone that will be with them from start to finish. It gives continuity to the project and peace of mind to the new homeowner.

I was able to purchase my home while living in another state. Purchase contract and closing were done remotely. Quality of workmanship and materials is good. A few minor issues were addressed immediately.

I have never lived in a house with such quality construction - not even sure I have ever been in one this nice. Everything little thing was thought out in advance - mitered joints are perfect, trim is perfect; all the doors and cabinets are hung perfectly; tiles are perfectly installed; the big glass door on the shower are perfect; the sprinkler system is absolutely incredible, pavers are perfectly installed; I couldnt believe the garage was sheet rock, textured, painted and trim at the base! I never knew an in-wall pest control system existed. I have never had all the appliance booklets like this. I think if word gets out, people are going to line up to buy. ... Más

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte/Del Webb-Lake Oconee; from start to finish! From the moment i requested a tour; to meeting Jenna & working with her throughout the whole buying/building process; to meeting/working with Daniel, in the building process; to working with Pulte Financial; all these people have been so helpful, knowledgable, great communicators, friendly, courteous, kind & i just cant say enough about all of them! Pulte is VERY lucky to have these people on their team and representing the company- GREAT JOB!!

Although we were a little apprehensive about completing the construction of our new home from a distance, the builder did an outstanding job of easing those feelings quickly. They kept us updated with teleconferences and photographs of the home throughout the process and would quickly address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We were able to visit twice during the construction of the home and felt good with the quality of the workmanship during both visits. Post closure we did identify several small punch list items that needed resolution and they were responsive and timely in correcting those issues.
