I have never lived in a house with such quality construction - not even sure I have ever been in one this nice. Everything little thing was thought out in advance - mitered joints are perfect, trim is perfect; all the doors and cabinets are hung perfectly; tiles are perfectly installed; the big glass door on the shower are perfect; the sprinkler system is absolutely incredible, pavers are perfectly installed; I couldnt believe the garage was sheet rock, textured, painted and trim at the base! We had a wonderful experience with Pulte/Del Webb-Lake Oconee; from start to finish! From the moment i requested a tour; to meeting Jenna & working with her throughout the whole buying/building process; to meeting/working with Daniel, in the building process; to working with Pulte Financial; all these people have been so helpful, knowledgable, great communicators, friendly, courteous, kind & i just cant say enough about all of them! Pulte is VERY lucky to have these people on their team and representing the company- GREAT JOB!!

Although we were a little apprehensive about completing the construction of our new home from a distance, the builder did an outstanding job of easing those feelings quickly. They kept us updated with teleconferences and photographs of the home throughout the process and would quickly address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We were able to visit twice during the construction of the home and felt good with the quality of the workmanship during both visits. Post closure we did identify several small punch list items that needed resolution and they were responsive and timely in correcting those issues. This was overall a great home purchase

Living in VA I was concerned that I wouldn't know the status of my home because I couldn't be there to monitor. I received bi-weekly pictures from my sales person and my field manager was very responsive to my questions regarding the home. When we met in person oh, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall my experience has been a pleasant one and I enjoy living in my new home.

The whole process was made extremely easy. Closing was the easiest I have ever had.

I lived in a Del Webb home in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years. I love the Webb homes for build quality and long-term investment and active life style living . From sales to closing, and aftercare offered, I'm extremely happy with my choice.

As with all new homes, there will be some issues to work through; however, my building supervisor, Cody, was very responsive and made sure my issues were resolved and I was happy.

Would recommend DelWeb to other home buyers.
