The house seems very well bulided. You don't hear road noise and closing a door you can tell it's a quality home.

I did not live in the area during my home construction and because of the Pandemic, it was basically designed virtually. My builder was aware of my inability to travel and communicated with me throughout the process. He also took photographs of the house during different stages of the production. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed explanations, especially when I seemed confused. Apparently, there was a shortage of appliances because of the Pandemic and my builder offered to substitute any that were not readily available. After hearing my displeasure with the substitutions, he contacted the vendors and all of my appliances originally selected, were installed before closing. Very good experience end to end. It is important to have reasonable expectation. They allow customization but this is mass produced housing of good and more than sufficient quality
