I had a very good experience with the Pulte construction group. Sam was very attentive to my needs, and what I wanted included with the home. Oliver as well has been extremely attentive and proactive. Both men are very good additions to your team. I would suggest the Del Webb homes to my friends.

From the initial sales contact with Gil, to the post-purchase walk-thru, follow-up, and contractor referrals with Chris, the process was seamless. Pulte has so many resources available to help with the actual purchase, which is very convenient for an out-of-town buyer. The community’s amenities and support personnel are top-notch! A very positive experience….I highly recommend.

From our initial visit to Carolina Gardens, we were impressed with the professionalism of the Pulte staff. Our sales representative (Jimmy) was extremely helpful and accommodating, showing us numerous homes and answering our many questions, all in a very short timeframe. This truly helped make the decision to purchase a home here in Carolina Gardens much less stressful. And once the decision to purchase was made, dealing with our Construction Manager (Nate) only helped us to confirm that we made the right decision. Both our salespeople and our construction manager were fantastic to work with! There were no high pressure sales... just answers to our questions and patience while we made our big decision. Our construction manager was top-notch! He was knowledgeable, courteous and very responsive! Best home building experience we have ever had!

We have purchased both Lennar and Pulte homes and I find the quality of the Pulte homes to be better. Our salesman and quality control person were exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. Move in inspection was great and they handle all the necessary adjustments. Would highly recommend them to build their next home.

From onset to close this was TOP NOTCH. Attention to detail, quality of product, clean construction site. Super's were super. Good communication, a sense of pride in their work, their word and the company. Follow up after sale and move in was also very good and timely.
