Building a home is a major undertaking. It is important to establish relationships with all involved upfront and ensure effective, close loop communication with all involved. It is not an issue free process, but any issue can be resolved when everyone is working towards the same goal. I am pleased with my home and have established the necessary relationships to ensure issues that may arise after closing will be addressed. The entire team was very customer focused.

From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.

After 21 years at Sun City MacDonald Ranch we purchased a new Pulte/Del Webb home at Sun City Mesquite. The home buying experience from the start was exceptional, with our Sales Agent and the Bulding Superintendents all keeping us informed and delivering a very high quality product. We love our home, have had very minor issues that were quickly resolved and are enjoying the amenities of the community. This group handled "covid related delays" as well as we could have expected, always keeping us updated and confident that they were doing all they could to get us into our beautiful new home. Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is a premier community. The location, amenities, home design and included features make this the best active adult community we toured, and we visited many. We are so happy we purchased here! Everyone we worked with were caring and amazing! We are grateful we found the perfect place. Del Webb is the BEST!

Having a great building superintendent & sales person made the building process much easier

The home sales both Lynn and Bobby and the other representatives are great at making things happen and the unity that is apparent between Sales and Builder is very much a real plus in getting over unforeseen circumstances that arise.

These guys are tops. Certainly professional and a "no question is a stupid question" attitude. Very patient and helpful. I might be naive - but seem trustworthy and deserving of respect.

New Home Sales Consultant and Field Managers were amazing and provided outstanding customer service.

Our project manager was very responsive. Any issues or questions were addressed very quickly. We were out of state during the construction phase - they did a great job keeping us informed through video walkthroughs & photos.

From the Sales Office, to the Design Center and the Project Manager, all were knowledgeable and great to work with. Pleasurable experience with everyone we interacted with.

Builders in other states (like Arizona retirement communities) require buyers to provide quarterly payments to builder while home is being built which is not the case with Del Webb Communities in Florida. A big plus.
