This is our third home build and the first done remotely (living out of state). Although initially concerned, our Field Mgr. provided us with weekly progress updates and answered/addressed any questions/concerns we had. Our Sales person was also quick to reply to anything we asked as well. Those combined made us feel very comfortable with the process. Although its only been 2 months since closing, so far we have been extremely pleased with the quality of our home and the few minor things that have surfaced were handled in a timely manner. The supervisor we had was very good went above and beyond during the whole process of building the house, all our questions were answered right away any problem was taken care of. Building a home can be very stressful but with the right people it can be joyful,and this time it was joyful.
