Our sales agent and builder regularly kept us updated on the progress of our home build, and were very responsive to questions and concerns that we had during that process. Kudos to the Del Webb sales and home building team!

We were very happy with our field engineer. He was very responsive to our questions and felt he was a real advocate for us.

I found the website provided a wealth of information. I was able to easily examine all of the floor plans, and the virtual tours were enlightening. The sales staff is very warm and helpful. Since I was not able to get back to the community I was interested in to select a lot, my sales person was kind enough to take photos of available properties which fit the profile of the type of property, I wanted in the community I had chosen. The process for buying a home here is very well organized and very intuitive, providing answers to questions I had not thought of. Also, photographs during the creation of my house, sent to me by my fabulous salesperson, helped me to feel included in the building process. We love our new home! This was the first time we had a home built. Everything we chose for the house and all the upgrades were done perfectly. The experience was worry free and the house was finished on time. The Del Webb community has been friendly, just what we were looking for.

Closed on time with no problems whatsoever.

Our house was being built in SC and we lived in Massachusetts. We were assigned a Field Manager that talked with us weekly and sent pictures weekly as well. The quality of the build was very good and they stayed on time during difficult COVID times. Once we were near the end we did a few walk through with the FM and they pointed out items that they found needing to be corrected. All in all the process and quality exceeded our expectations. Our Filed Manager over communicated to us which made us feel very much like we were there every step of the way.

Everything was fine. We are enjoying our new home.

It was nice to establish all the features and upgrades at the very beginning and forget about all the details and headaches of building. We are wintertime only in South Florida and the house was finished by the time we arrived for the winter season.

Bob, Jordan, and Gianni from sales to building and then follow up, this team was awesome. Bob kept us up to date along with Jordan since we were at distance. Gianni attentive attitude helped in correcting any minor issues to ensure they were resolved quickly.
