This builder is worth trying

Over all experience with the builder has been great, very professional and helpful. My only issue and I am fully aware not any fault of the builder has been some of the Whirlpool appliances, ie upgraded washing machine which broke the first week I moved in. Whirlpool is addressing the issue but it is taking way too long. Other than that I am extremely please with Pulte and all its staff and would highly recommend them to friends, etc.

Home has a good layout. It is spacious with great features like a great pantry and roomy master closet. Quality of materials (counter tops, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures) all top notch. Enjoyed working with Jodi and Ryan to get into our home.

Steve, our construction lead, and his partner were great! they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues we had, very responsive and knowledgeable.

Rarely have I dealt with any business that delivered everything it promised!

Everyone involved in the process has a goal to be very responsive to the homebuyer. The DelWebb/Pulte personnel are professional, courteous, and possess excellent customer service skills. Tina, Michael, Ralph, and Dean are terrific. This has been a very pleasant experience.

From sales to closing a good experience.

Having purchased the home while it was in the process of being constructed, I was put in touch with the site manager. Both he and the sales representative kept me well informed of the progress of the build. I was sent photos regularly when the dry wall went up; the floor tiles being laid, even the driveway, sidewalk, and landscaping progress. It gave me hope that it would be finished on time...and IT WAS! Even during this time of delays everywhere, my home was finished as promised. Couldn't be happier!!!

I absolutely love this home. We moved in in December and not 2 months later we had a huge storm.., high winds, sheets of rain and hail (both vertical AND HORIZONTAL!!) and this house stood solid. The community is gorgeous, it is definitely a resort community. Well planned and well maintained. The house itself is designed with beauty and comfort. The spaces are thought out. Easy to place existing furnishings. Finishes are beautiful. I am so glad we chose this community, this builder and this home. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

Even with the pandemic the staff strived to maintain the completion timeline and were always accessible to answer questions. They were always pleasant and helpful! I’m also happy with the final product and the price.

Great buying experience everything went as planned

They build a solid house and are great to work with. We were very happy with the experience and are loving our new home.

Because of Covid we did everything virtually! From beginning to end it was a great experience. Christian started us and was great. Mario took over for Christian and did a superior job with keeping us informed with progress. Jenn was terrific on FaceTime helping us make decisions. Rob did a wonderful job bringing it all together!

Builder was outstanding. Kept us informed of the progress and was very responsive to questions/concerns.
