Even though we were in Illinois the entire time our home was being built in Florida our salesperson send up weekly photos of the progress. Our Project Manager/Construction supervisor was very responsive to our questions during the build and spent 90 minutes with us on a video call to do a "walk through" just prior to drywall to allow us to see everything to make sure it was all correct. We we closed the build quality was beyond our expectations. The fit and finish was excellent. Of course there were some minor cosmetic issues that will have to be addressed but that is to be expected. I highly recommend Pulte to build your next home. ... Más

This was the smoothest, most professional home buying process we have ever experienced. From foundation to move in our site manager was always available and willing to explain, answer questions and quickly address even the most minor of concerns. A job very, very well done.

Our field manager was absolutely the best. Communicated extremely well during Covid 19 build. He was attentive and on top of any problems. Would do another build in a heartbeat if I could have the same Field Manager.
