Our field manager was absolutely the best. Communicated extremely well during Covid 19 build. He was attentive and on top of any problems. Would do another build in a heartbeat if I could have the same Field Manager.

The attention to detail stands out. The field manager took time to explain every aspect of the home and recommended what needs to be done to maintain it well. It was most comprehensive and appreciated.

In spite of COVID-19 delays, my home buying experience went very smoothly. All aspects of the experience were explained to me in detail. All my questions were answered. I was kept up to date (real time)with all processes of my home being built(and I do mean all, from start to finish and extra). The previous home we lived in for the past 30 years was a Pulte. Once we learned the builder in Sun City was also Pulte, it was an easy decision to move forward. We have not been disappointed! The quality and design are excellent!

Our home purchase at Del Webb in Rancho Mirage, CA has been a great new home buying experience. Having purchased new homes in the past, I had much to compare this experience with. By far, this has been the best new home purchase. The whole process was very organized and low-stress. Highly recommend buying a new home from Del Webb.

This builder accomplished the time frame we needed to built my house. I sold and closed my house in Summerlake Groves in Winter Garden on Oct 2, 2020 and bought in Del Webb and closed Sept. 29, 2020. Everthing just in time. Thank you Pulte and Danny.

Every house will have a few issues, but our field manager was very quick to address any concerns we had.

Our sales person was so helpful with our purchase during these trying times.

Our overall experience was outstanding from purchase through our move in.
