Once they broke ground the house was on a steady built until it was finish did not miss our closing date

From the beginning we had a very positive experience. Lisa in sales was fabulous from start to finish. Carlos, our construction manager was communicative and clearly, very competent. The folks we dealt with at Pulte Mortgage and Title were responsive and thorough. The only glitch was that just before closing our construction manager was transferred so we had a number of details with finishes on the house that were not managed properly. The good news is that post-closing, our customer service representative, Julie, stepped up and has worked diligently to have all the issues corrected.

Agents for Pulte were available, knew the construction process and materials. They worked easily with buyers in inspections and choice of options. The buyer choices were accurately performed by construction.

You get what you order. Everything looks great. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the construction, since we could not be in Az when the house was being built. All in all they provide a quality product that we are very happy to live in.

Great experience and workmanship with Pulte

We are loving our new house. Our field manager was very responsive and conscientious. The house has exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. I would recommend Del Webb to my friends.

Zac and Brogan took care of every detail in the design and building of my home. They are true professionals, and the result is a beautiful home and a happy homeowner.

With new construction my house was scheduled for 8 months from the time of commitment. Bench marks for each phase of the construction were set and met for each. Living in another state I was able to stay in constant communication with the builder and was shown live face time videos of the progress. Any concerns I had were met promptly. The house was ready on schedule. The builder has continued to follow up now that we are in the house and has attended to some follow-up procedures, We are very satisfied with the overall process.

Slopeside or ski-in/ski-out The entire experience went very smoothly. Our sales agent and builder were very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. They completed our home faster than they first anticipated, making our move in sooner than we anticipated. We love our new home and community!

Easiest procedure ever with lots of attention to my needs

The experience of buying a new home in North Carolina has been positive the people that we were dealing with a very professional and are always there to answer our questions immediately a special shout out to Kirsten in the office who always answers my calls and emails immediately and to our building manager who oversaw the building of our home who is outstanding. Took care of every detail. We are so happy.

For the most part we were able to follow along with each step.

Mark is very knowledgeable about the homes and lots. He always went above his duties as an agent he makes you feel like you’re the only one he’s dealing with.

Everything has been wonderful, from beginning to end

We started the building of our home in March 2020 and moved in early August 2020. David our construction manager was outstanding! He kept us informed with a weekly update and photo's of the building progress. Closing was in our community and keys were ready right after that. Follow up with Pulte on new home warranty has been quick and proficient. Lastly we looked at several 55 and up subdivisions before settling on Del Webb..We made the right choice!

Easy process in buying the home, great teamwork between sales and construction, EXCELLENT Contruction Engineer, attention to details and timelines met! Loving my home!
