It was a pleasure working with Del Webb to build my new home. The cost quoted in the contract remained the same for the entire project - no cost over runs. I found Pulte builders to be very professional and they build us a quality product.

Hard to believe that this is my first single family home purchase. After many years in apartments and a condo, I decided to make the move into a house AND into Celebrate. I love the community and everything that it offers. My experience from the sales rep to the construction was wonderful. And to think I went through the process during a pandemic, but was only delayed a total of two weeks.

Don’t be overwhelmed with Design Center. Some things can be done after closing such as shutters for less money

Moved in July 3, 2020, and have been very satisfied.

Project manager Brice and Salesman Kit made all the difference and all should be modeled for superior service.

We love our new home in Del Webb at Chateau Elan! While the neighborhood is still under construction, every effort is taken to provide comfort and convenience for current homeowners while continuing to make new home buyers' dreams come true! The amenities here are spectacular and the staff here is the friendliest on the planet! We've met new friends and are learning new sporting activites, as well! Can't say enough good things about our experience. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding builder and community.

This is my third new home. What a difference from the others! All the folks at Pulte were courteous, quick to respond to my questions and made this the easiest purchase ever. It was such a pleasure! The community is gorgeous and the amenities are great. And my home...just wow! All the extras make this home such a great value. Thank you!

It is a good experience...our saleslady missed giving us some of the available options, but overall we are very pleased with our new home. It is not a custom house..we understood that going in but able to fulfill our needs in most ways. Our builder manager did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Our only complaint was that there were some options we did NOT want, but not taking them was NOT an option. I find this strange as it costs them time, labor and material...we then took them out after we moved in...this is a lose-lose in my opinion. Del Webb is a well oiled machine! From sales to build to closing! Amazed that through pandemic our house was completed and closed few days early! We are so very happy in our community in Myrtle Beach!
