The closing went very smoothly and the representative was professional and didn’t rush he answered any concerns I had. After moving in the builder, Josh, has been wonderful ensuring the few things that needed to be fixed have been and repaired in a timely manner. He is a thoughtful and caring young man.

The construction quality of my new Del Webb home is very impressive! They use high quality construction materials. The workmanship is second to none! Some very minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. The community amenities and landscaping are outstanding! I highly recommend Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb!

I have to give the credit for a great home to my building manager. He never failed to call me every Friday morning to let me know what I would see on my weekend visit. He was responsive to every question I had. He truly wanted to build a solid wonderful new home for me and believe he he did just that. He is an amazing asset to the company!

Our buying process went well throughout the sales, design and build process. Everyone kept us informed at every step of the process. A special shout out to Alex E., our field construction manager, who went out of the way to keep us informed with pictures and video of the house build through the final walk thru, as we were out of state and unable to travel much due to the Covid situation. We are very pleased with our new Del Webb Rancho Mirage home. We love the house, the quality of the materials, and the community. We have already made friends and look forward to making more friends and acquittances. Also, the few items that needed attention after we moved in were taken care of quickly.

The entire process went smoothly for me from selecting a home & options within my budget all the way to getting my keys on closing day. I kept my expectations reasonable and they were exceeded. If you are truly wanting to simplify your life, down/right size, have an active wellness & social life this is the place for you. Make sure you can live with HOA covenants, which are not a problem for me at all, but some people just can't relax & they have problems adjusting. I love it here!

Great quality for a production build. Good choices for interior and exterior options. Very pleased with build process.

I pleased with the property, I'm not a nit picker. I think my feedback would be more meaningful or helpful after a year onsite. I'll be communicating as we go along. I'm concerned about maintenance of the trees. They add a lot, but in a hot dry climate require attention. The third party common area is a concern at this time. It may not be so in the long run.

We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.

Del Webb met all of our expectations. They were prompt, and reliable with their information. The home was completed when promised.

Since the Del Webb Community is not your traditional custom homes, I was not sure what to expect since the range of choices, etc. is less than usual. This is what makes them unique as they have a high to low range and you can still build a real quality home with higher upgrades to give you a great value for the price. I realized also that some extras and changes I would need to do on my own like upgrading of closet shelves, garage shelving and flooring, lights, etc. but that this could be easily facilitated with outside vendors. When we priced the home we put everything in it we wanted and then took out items we could live without. Our sales person Danielle was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Choosing and picking carpeting, tiles, flooring, etc. also went seamlessly by visiting the showroom. The follow up on all our needs and questions was expeditiously performed by Del Webb and its representatives. For a person that has built a custom home before, this process was a breeze and was really stress free. Work was done as promised and on time. This is my 4th new home. The people that I have dealt with have been tremendous. Knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great home, design, quality, and overall comfort for our family.
