Jackson, our construction manager and Alyssa our Pulte representative were fantastic. Knowledgable and responsive to our wants and needs.

From beginning until end, our experience with Del Webb/Pulte has been exceptional. Sales, design, finance, and construction personnel were responsive, proficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Our beautiful new home was delivered on time and as promised.

Our sales person Meghan was very helpful in helping us select the right home for our family including all the upgrades we wanted and finishes. We got it all done in one day. Our builder Luke was very personable and competent. He responded quickly and efficiently fixed what ever the issue was. Del Webb is a well oiled machine.

Very great experience enjoyed it

This experience has been like night and day from our previous home. Luke, the construction manager, kept us informed on the progress of our home. Tracy with Customer Care, responded immediately with any concerns we had with our home.

Well organized process from purchasing through design and then the build. I was out of town and depended on our building supervisor Jack to guide us through and keep an eye on the build with which he did an excellent job. We have had some very minor issues that Jack and Del Webb have handled well. Overall a positive experience.

Alexis was our construction manager, and she did a great job with communication and follow through. Pulte is lucky to have her.

It starts with the Del Webb realtor agent who’s product and area knowledge stand out, and my agent Dana is that person. Dan’s insights/professionism exceeded my expectation. From our initial meeting to the design center to the closing, Dana was always available to answer my questions. When the build started my project manager Jack took over. Jack provided all necessary updates throughout the build process and answered every question I had. The project completion target date was right on which helped my wife and I with our temp. Our builder walked through the house with us a few days before closing. Between all of us ( Michael, our builder, and my wife and me, we were able to address any concerns. Everything that was discovered during the early walk through was addressed. After closing, we had issues with our yard. Our builder assisted us in getting the problems resolved. Our Del Webb build was basically a worry free process! Oh, and it was finished ahead of schedule!!

The whole process from start to finish could not have gone any better. Savannah & Dana in sales, Henry in the welcome center, Ann-Mishoe in the design center and last but by no means least Alexis (Lex) our Construction Manager were awesome!! I felt extremely well informed throughout the selection, design and construction process and what few adjustments we requested were handled flawlessly. Our new home is exactly what we designed and hoped for and we couldn’t be happier..

Smooth easy process. Our option selection process went smoothly and the building schedule was pretty close to what we expected. Our construction manager Alexis swiftly took care of any issues before and after moving in.

The total experience was super. Starting with the very professional salesperson, Kathy. The mortgage loan people, Kelsey and Tia, made the procedure painless. The construction managers, Foster and Alexis, are very knowledgeable. They made building easy to understand. It was amazing how much got done everyday. After closing, the welcome center made us feel at home and very welcome to the Del Webb community

The only thing that would improve is to give the buyer a 3 day pause after selecting in the design center. We wanted to change a few things after we thought about it and was told we couldn't. Our construction manager, Jack, was excellent to work with!

My husband and I had a perfect Experience from start to finish. Our project manager Keenan was absolutely incredible. We feel so lucky to have had him as a PM. We love our home and had absolutely not one issue that was not immediately addressed so therefore we had NO ISSUES AT ALL.!

Had a switch in the first month that was not timely reported. BUT once new manager came on board it was great. Weekly updates/photos Any "issues" were quickly shared and solutions given/done. House meets expectations.

Our builder did an amazing job

When buying a new home, there is normally a higher level of stress in the purchasing process. With the Great Pulte Sales Team, this wasn't the case. By walking through the model, covering the options, and showing me the lot, helped in making the right choice. After my first visit, they provided me with the price and information that I needed to finalize the sale. Next, the construction process started. The Pulte Construction Manager met with us to reveiw our plans. We met with him at every stage of the process and he was available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. The overall process of deciding on and building my new Pulte home was great. A fully informed and helpful Pulte employee was with me from start to finish. From choosing a model, lot, various upgrades for the house, and the progression of the build. The whole experience was a pleasure and the house is amazing.
