We had a great experience from start to finish on our new Pulte home. From the sales associate, through the design consultant, to the construction manager, every one was top notch and made the entire experience very easy and pleasant. We have built a number of new homes over the years, and this one went the best and we could not have asked for a better experience!

I closed on a pre-built home two months ago, and have only great things to say about it. I love it! The sales personnel (Logan and team) were honest and friendly. The construction under the manager (Alec) was of high quality and the attention to detail was well done. The community is active and very friendly (like family). I’d highly recommend this community and the homes!

It took 6 months for our home to be built and we have lived here now for 2 months. We love the home and the community. We loved the choices we had with the house room extensions as well as all the choices for the house finishings. Most of all we love our community with the friendly neighbors and beautiful ponds.

My wife and I purchased a quick move in home from Del Webb in May 2025. The process of buying has been great! Our sales agent and contractor were awesome. We were really happy with the entire process and the way we have been treated. The people in our community are so friendly and we continue each day to find ways to enjoy our new home. The amenities are exceptional and the location is great.

Todd as sales manager was great to work with. He was very informative through the process. Archie as construction manager was fantastic to work with. He keep me up to date daily and weekly on what was happening. Always took care of any questions.

I like everything about this Home. Specially, Value for the price paid.

I knew of the excellent reputation Del Webb enjoys and I was very interested in purchasing a home in North Myrtle Beach. My real estate agent was excellent and with me every step of the way. At the Office we were given a list of model homes that had been discounted for a quick sale and I chose one. I didn’t want to wait 6 months so this option was ideal. I’m very happy with my new home!

Like many seniors the need to downsize is inevitable and is still a stressfull time. These folks have rules and laws that need be followed. These rules and regs usually give the most pains. This area is where this organization excels. They tell you it’s coming and what they will done to make it easier , AND THEY DO IT!! Enough said.

Our agent, April was very attentive and so nice to deal with. She made sure everything was in order and addressed any concerns or questions we had. My wife and I couldn't have been happier as April was knowledgeable and very easy to contact with any questions. We also had a loan agent, Misty, who was also very attentive and helpful. The whole purchase was an A+ experience.

Construction Mgr could not have been more helpful or responsive to my questions.

The worst part was going through Pulte Mortgage. Gave all but blood and took Pulte 7 months before final approval. Sales agent made the sale but was difficult to contact later. Field Manager Chris was super intelligent, always communicating, prompt, courteous, very respectful and guided us right through and efficient with following up on items that needed addresed. He deserves a 10+++++ stars

I would look more closely at craftsmanship during my walk thru. I think you should be given the paperwork what isn’t covered in your warranty before purchasing. I was lucky that all my issues were fixed quickly. Also, pay attention to your irrigation system. My first utility invoice was VERY high. I went to the Myrtle Beach office and was told it was high because of the way my watering system was set.

We had a new home built in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach, SC and couldn’t be more excited about it. The house is beautiful, very well built, the craftsman trim package is gorgeous, and the gourmet kitchen is fantastic for entertaining family and friends. Couldn’t be happier!

From the starting point dealing with April our sales rep was excellent..she answered questions promptly very professional always available no matter what..we were fortunate to be living elsewhere to be able to watch the entire building process.Our project manager Dominic he was absolutely a charm to work with..he took his job seriously and was attentive to our needs as well as overseeing the entire project.Overall this was a great experience building our forever home.

Todd and Nate provided excellent service throughout the entire home buying and building process. Todd as sales professional and Nate as construction manager.

Our construction manager Nate was great!! We were building our home in SC while residing in PA and Nate was instrumental in ensuring we got weekly updates. Lisa our sales rep was awesome as well,... when it looked like our close date was going to move due to an unavoidable issue Lisa come up with a great alternative plan which worked out for us really well!.... Since moving in we have had a few minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and end result. We love our new home here in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach!!
