We met our sales representitive with our realtor. We decided on a lot then a floor plan. We made choices about the exterior colors. Then we met with the low voltage company and decided where to put cat6 connections for internet. We then went to the design center and picked interior colors. It may seem like a lot of tough decisions while reading this but at every stage we were helped by Del Webb experts that made sure we only saw the options that would work for our floor plan. The design center was actually fun! Everything we picked was implemented perfectly. The main contractor we worked with sent us updates every Friday, we loved that. Before closing we were shown everything about our new home. At the before drywall meeting we took good pictures of every wall, this has paid off several times already. No issues at the house. Disappointed that backsplash for the kitchen was discontinued. Just recently experienced an issue with ring doorbell. Seems you need a special tool to remove cover which apparently comes with the doorbell but was not left.

This was my first time going thru this process and from the first day meeting someone sales to the day I got my keys, it was a great experience. The builder and the construction manager (still call him) have been amazing and very professional. Thank you for making everything so smooth.

Both our salespeople and our construction manager were fantastic to work with! There were no high pressure sales... just answers to our questions and patience while we made our big decision. Our construction manager was top-notch! He was knowledgeable, courteous and very responsive! Best home building experience we have ever had!

We moved into our new Del Webb home 2 months ago. So far, everything has been great and we are very pleased. The small number of issues we have encountered have been addressed quickly, so no complaints. Very good experience!

We had never built a home before and the whole Del Webb process made the experience so much easier. Our sales representative (Keith) expertly guided us trough the process and answered all our questions no matter how trivial. We we lucky to have his expertise. Our project manager (Ryan) provided weekly updates and completed our house on time. There were small hiccups along the way, but Ryan’s team were quick to identify and correct the issues. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our Del Webb home and community. No regrets!

Everyone we dealt with, from day one to getting the keys to our home has been awesome. Very friendly and quick to respond. In addition, the on-site warranty team has been awesome answering questions and fixing a couple of minor issues.
