Had a marvelous home buying experience with Pulte Homes at Del Webb Trinity Falls in McKinney TX. Worked with Mick and Matt through the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way as I was living out of state at the time. Have since moved into my home and am extremely pleased with the home and the service I have received. Once again thank you for an excellent experience!

Mark, my sales representative and Allison my project manager made the purchase and build much easier than I expected. Clear and scheduled communication every week helped avoid misunderstandings and kept the project moving smoothly forward. The design center was a wonderful resource to help us make our home personal. Building a new home and moving are always stressful, but this team kept it manageable.

Out project managers Cristobal and Josh D were fantastic. The were great. Professional , great communication, responsive. Great representation for Del Webb. Susan or customer care person was also exceptional.

We were keep up to date during the construction. When we did inspection there were very little things that we could find and things that were discovered we corrected right away. Every aspect of the build through close and support have been met with the highest of standards.

The whole process from sales, design, construction, and closing were seamless. Any issues/delays due to weather were promptly communicated and resolved.

Very happy with the fit and finish and the quality of the workmanship. Looking forward to living in the neighborhood.

Robin, our sales consultant, made our experience so easy. She patiently reassured us many times when we were concerned since we were moving from another state. It all worked out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier in our wonderful Del Webb Prestige home! We love everything about it. The home is designed so well and we wouldn’t change a thing! We have had just a few minor details that needed to be addressed and Pulte has quickly taken care of them. The Del Webb neighbors are so friendly too! Thank you Pulte for the best home ever!

From start to finish from the construction to the end from the details with my project manager, and with my sales person, I couldn’t have been happier. I moved from New York to Texas and the experience was one. I will never forget they were the best.

While it seems to take forever to get the house built I enjoyed the sight and status very much. Having not moved in a very long time it’s challenging to get all my stuff put in place. Went from 4,000 sqft to 2,000.

From Contract to closing our home building experience was excellent. Mark was alway professional, knowledgeable, welcoming & his confidence in this neighborhood is evident. He had earlier sold a home to our son & daughter n law in the Del Web Trinity Falls neighborhood. That was a great testament to both Mark & Pulte. We put a lot of effort into preparing for the design center meetings. The experience with Michelle more than met our expectations. She was especially interested in understanding our style & what we wanted to achieve in decorating our home. She really got it & wasted no time in showing us choices that were spot on! Our next team member is Kristen. She is brilliant, truly brilliant. She knows her job from foundation through all the final details. She is a good communicator, which was important to us as we were in Arizona during all the construction. Kristen was so valuable to us & it was wonderful to be able to trust & have the confidence we soon knew we could have in her. We love our charming home & know Kristen saw to each & every detail being right for us. Thank you from our hearts Kristen. Recently Samantha came to check our trees, landscaping & sprinkler. She talked to us about our warranties and was professional, & detailed. We believe Pulte is a good company, built with teams like ours. From working with our salesman Mark to working with our building manager Ali and follow up from Chris, everything has been great!

We were out of State for mist of the building process of our new home, but our Dell Webb contact, Mark and our builder, Matt, were very good at keeping us up to date on the process with weekly reports and updates. We were here towards the end and were able to watch it come together and have the walk throughs a bd we are still having warranty work done on little things we have found that need to be fixed. Chris is very good keeping that process happening. Thanks to all!

Liz, our sales consultant,, and Allie, our building manager are great to work with. They actually listen to the buyer and respond accordingly. Both are considerate of your needs and return an answer to any question immediately or quickly. They guided us through making decisions for building the house we would love. And we do!

Wonderful experience during our build.

My experiences at Del Webb have been very positive. The staff I met were extremely cordial and offered an abundance of information. My new home is beautiful I use a wheelchair and the builders especially Tim went out of his way to make my new home completely wheelchair accessible. What a wonderful team. Now that I am a full time resident at Del Webb I can honestly say that my decision to move here was the BEST decision I made in a very long time. Thank you Del Webb staff.
