Very impressed with the schedule for the build. Our superintendent Eric was great at keeping us informed of progress and or concerns.

Superior quality workmanship. Attention to details like the crown molding was great. All personnel I had contact with were amazing. They never got tired of me asking questions and answered every one.

As we began the purchase of our new home the Sales person was very helpful in showing us homes that meet our needs and it was very easy to choose the right home for us. Through this process the foreman listened to all of our needs to address items we wanted corrected in our walk throughs. They were all addressed in a timely manner before we closed. The closing was made very easy through the Pulte online portal. We felt very secure doing the DocuSign to close on our home. After we moved in and got settled in, we noticed a few items that needed to be corrected. The doorbell didn't work correctly, and the kitchen cabinets needed some attention and adjusted. I filled out a request to have these items addressed and that very day I got a response. The work was scheduled and taken care of. I am very pleased with the home and the complete process of getting into our new home. I would certainly suggest anyone looking for a new home to consider a Del Webb home. ... Más

This has been a very positive experience. Hannah was great at explaining all of our questions and keeping us updated on events through the whole process. Matt has been excellent at the construction side of the project. He kept us appraised at all facets and phases of our home's construction. He answered all of our questions as we went through the process and got all of our special requests fulfilled in a timely manner. He was great to work with and was respectful through the whole process. By the end of our home construction we consider both of them to be friends.

I was very pleased with my experience with buying a Pulte home and the people I interacted with during its construction. Landon did an excellent job as my field representative during the construction phase of my new home here at HCR. Jennifer and Kenny were also very helpful. Landon kept me informed and responded immediately when I had any questions or concerns. The quality of construction is very good and the design of my home is perfect for my needs. I have lots of light which I like. This was a very positive experience. I lived in a townhouse built by Pulte for 15 years before moving to my Pulte house here at HCR and I had no problems with it during that time. Great experience all thru the process, from sale to close. Excellent people to work with. Communication was consistent and professional.

After hearing all the horror stories of building a house I was reluctant in building one myself. But with Del Webb I could never be more pleased in how our home came out. We had very few issues and those that we had were taken care of promptly. All the Del Webb employees are great to work with and I would recommend Del Webb to anyone who asked. They would get a 5 star rating from me.

They stand by their work

This builder homes are nice and well built. I like fact indoors you don’t outside noises. Plus, they offer many designs and models, for any price.

As with all new homes, there will be some issues to work through; however, my building supervisor, Cody, was very responsive and made sure my issues were resolved and I was happy.

The closing went very smoothly and the representative was professional and didn’t rush he answered any concerns I had. After moving in the builder, Josh, has been wonderful ensuring the few things that needed to be fixed have been and repaired in a timely manner. He is a thoughtful and caring young man.

Very smooth buying experience. We visited Hill Country Retreat, and selected the plan for our new home, and returned to San Antonio a few weeks later to select the design upgrades within the interior. Everything went very smoothly. Our only regret is that because we lived a great distance away, we were unable to visit our home as it was being constructed. The remedy was progress photos from local friends, and weekly updates from the Pulte building manager and sales rep. A very satisfying experience.

We were not keen on a new build for our home purchase, but the sales team worked very well with us to discuss all our options. Once we put it all down on paper the decision became obvious for us. And the process was amazing, we got just the tight house on the perfect lot, finished to our wishes. Could not be happier about our new home.

It didn’t always go perfect but that is life, when I wanted to make changes it was done without difficulties. When I noted something was missing or not what I ordered they remedied it right away.
