I loved my first Divosta home so much, I bought a second. Great quality and workmanship and beautifully designed. My builder, Amy, is a top notch professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive to my questions.

Everyone we worked with was truly so intentional and amazing. Zorinel and Amy were the best and went above and beyond. With some minor issues after moving in, Raul has been so quick with fixing things and always following up.

We purchased in Jupiter-Bridgewater and were immediately taken with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of their sales associate Brent. Brent followed through so well with our first purchase that we decided to purchase again when the Preserve homes were in the construction phase. Brent again was fantastic and with Ryan supervising the building and Tony's follow-up and attention to detail it was such a pleasurable experience. Home buying anywhere and especially in Florida can be harrowing to say the least. With Divosta, you get what you pay for...plain and simple. Excellent experience with Julio from start to finish. Project was delivered on time, with no outstanding issues. Communication throughout the process was thorough. We really enjoyed watching the process through the pictures and video sent, and updates on inspections etc.

My team of Alex, Zorinet & Seth did an OUTSTANDING JOB guiding and helping me every step of the way with my home. They each went above and beyond what they needed to do to help and it was so greatly appreciate by me.

From start to finish, building a new home in Avondale was a great experience. My husband and I had an amazing Sales Counselor, Alex, and our Construction Manager, Seth, was equally as good. They both were prompt and precise with any questions and/or concerns we had along the way. Alex would send weekly photos of our home during the build process and Seth would give us updates on a regular basis. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. We are very grateful to Alex and Seth for making this experience as easy as possible!

Very good home building experience . I have built 5 homes Over the years and this was by far my best experience. Responsiveness , honestly and quality were all A plus!!

The whole experience was very comforting. I know such a strange way to explain it but between CJ (Construction manager) and Pam. I honestly couldn’t ask for better duo. They consistently kept in contact and let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their patients. My home is complete, beautiful, and everything I could of imagined. Literally no complaints here. 10 stars!

DiVosta in Bridgewater (Jupiter, FL) is a new neighborhood with phenomenal lot sizes, numerous home design options with quality construction. Buying process was very professional and smooth. Everything was communicated well throughout the entire process from initial marketing, lot/plan/options selection to the actual construction build. We would highly recommend this neighborhood and DiVosta.

The entire building experience with DiVosta was outstanding! From the Mortgage process through closing was easy. Not to mention the quality in the construction process. CJ and Kim were a gem to deal with. They addressed ALL of our concerns, and put my wife and I at ease. We are so happy to be a part of the DiVosta tradition, and to call it...HOME.

Great buying experience from purchase to move-in

John, our Construction Manager is wonderful. From the first time we met, he was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. We have had some minor issues, as with any new build, and John has been very helpful. He responds within minutes to calls or texts, and immediately gets issues resolved. He even responds on weekends and in the evenings! He has been a Godsend!!
