Mi experiencia con el equipo de DiVosta fue muy profesional, desde la persona de ventas hasta el gerente de campo. Compramos una mudanza rápida que se diseñó mejor que las opciones que hubiera tomado. El gerente de campo nos acomodó para ver la casa durante la construcción. La casa está muy bien hecha y el flujo es perfecto. El gerente de campo evaluó nuestra casa varias veces antes del cierre para detectar cualquier defecto. Pudimos mudarnos a nuestra casa sin problemas importantes.

- Residentes de temporada, su gerente de campo es muy importante durante la construcción, ya que enviará fotografías o abordará cualquier inquietud que tengan antes del evento de celebración. ¡El administrador de campo asignado fue fantástico! - Celebración de clausura y papeleo ... si no es un granjero o ha tenido una casa anterior, planee estar allí dos semanas para cualquier reparación descubierta en el evento de celebración, banca, etc. No se sentirá tan apurado. - Guarde los números de teléfono de los proveedores registrados en su teléfono celular si no es un residente permanente y necesita hacer arreglos para reparaciones. We have had a very positive experience with DiVosta. This is the third home we have built in Florida, and by far this is the best experience. DiVosta has been very proactive in standing behind its product. Their warranty process is excellent, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. It is evident that they care about the homebuying process and want to ensure buyers have a positive experience throughout. The only issues we encountered were with one or two of the trades, where the workmanship could have been better. However, throughout the warranty process, DiVosta has been responsive in promptly and professionally correcting these minor issues. Sales, design and construction teams were responsive and a pleasure to work with on my build. Struggled a bit with the mortgage team, ended up not using them. Final product is excellent and would highly recommend the team at Divosta!

I am very pleased with my new home. My construction manager Chris was amazing. He promptly responded to every concern and made sure issues were addressed. My sales guy, Dominic was very helpful through the entire process as well. This is an amazing community. I feel lucky to be living here.

We had a very pleasant experience building our new home in Talon preserve with DiVosta. Communication was very good and we are happy with the quality.

Our experience buying a home with Divosta overall was a positive experience. Everyone we worked with was helpful and responded to any questions we had. The Divosta portal was easy to use and definitely made the process of sharing documentation easier. The only thing I didn't love was having to provide the SAME documentation with the SAME explanation during the financial review / underwriting process. (I think this may be a common problem as the loan moves through different hands.)

Bought a Quick Move in home and the process went smoothly. The sales representative Robert was terrific and quick to answer any questions regarding the home. I did not experience the building process, since the home was already completed, but the construction manager and warranty representative were great with all the information about the home and responding to any questions or issues.

We love the house it is what we needed

Everyone has been wonderful to work with very professional. The facilities are amazing.
