Our home is very nice and the few issues we encountered throughout the sales and building process were quickly addressed. Production building in a super heated market brings definite challenges. Both DiVosta sales and Pulte Construction staff are supportive, friendly and try their best to meet expectations. We are pleased with the outcome.

Watching all the sub contractors as they build homes around us - they are forever measuring everything they do which shows in the home. We have been told DiVOSTA is one of the top builders in Florida and we feel completely safe with the high impact Windows and special weather coating they apply to the homes before they do the final painting! We look forward to living in our home for years to come.

We selected a "move in ready" home and it indeed was...down to the last detail. We were paired with a project manager who has been a Plus in terms of responsiveness. So far, our feeling is that DiVosta Homes sold us a well built home in a lovely, sought after community. We look forward to spending many years here.

I bought a model so I really didn't deal with the builder when they were building the home

The builder responds to our needs. We're able to reach them by phone or email without delay.

This was our first time building a new home and we absolutely loved the experience and the new home that DiVosta built for us. Our sales lady Andrea was amazing and our field manager Andrew was exceptional. Since the closing our customer care rep Debra has also been very responsive and accommodating to resolving any issues. My only complaint is with the quality of the worksmanship. There were more issues to resolve after closing than we expected and some of the issues were really surprising for them to have missed such as misplaced lighting, damaged tiles and damaged windows. However they have been great about resolving them so we are happy. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone for their new home purchase. ... Más

My new home is very well constructed

Great local reputation as a builder helped us to make our decision to buy. They were very responsive, kept us updated and ensured we were satisfied during the sale, build and closure.

Extremely responsive to all questions and issues.

Friendly to work with even after closing. My only complaint is the amount of garbage blowing around the community from ongoing construction of homes such as lunch wrappings and building material wrappings. I'm constantly finding garbage in my landscaping.

Great quality home for the price. DiVosta was easy to work work. The Lakes at Waterside village is beautifully landscaped for a very serene atmosphere.

Our home was finished earlier then originally planned. The builder was informative and available.

I loved having a field manager who was informative, available and went over and above on several occasions.

While in the process of purchasing our home Alex made it 10x easier. The only thing is when you do your final walk through just be very thorough when you do it and don’t rush. Some things were not complete but it was only little things hat we missed. But the great thing was we had 30 days to report the issue and they have been very quick in the response time to take care of the issue. But ultimately I’m very pleased with the purchase and the maintenance.

The process was great. Everyone kept up informed at every step of the process. We are thrilled with our new home.

We were out of State buyers and of course we had a lot of questions. Chris Hill and David Bennett were always responsive to our questions. We even had an outside inspector come for a once over. The inspector did not have any issues with the house.

I would say that 90% of the house was great when we moved in. The other issues such as poorly finished drywall spots, an electrical circuit that wasn’t working, a few places of missing grout and paint issues are being addressed. The response of the warranty representative has been superb but the trades are difficult to pin down to get the corrections done. The structure is well built and we are pleased with the construction and timing. The down side of DiVosta being able to deliver a house so quickly is that the trades are here every day, even Sunday so there is always construction noise in the neighborhood. ... Más
