When we moved in we expected everything to be pretty much in order and we have had one problem after another the quality of paint is terrible. Our toilet has been leaking since the day we moved in which was two months ago. The paint job is something to be desired.

Cleanly built and nice landscaping. Issues are slowly getting handled. Still awaiting a damaged door and an appliance after 7 weeks. Communication on when issues will get handled will be good to improve upon. Overall, nice home was built to the design specifications and we are loving it!

The buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Gladys was knowledgeable, informative and followed up quickly on all questions. She was a pleasure to work with. The construction group on the other hand rushed to close on the property with many items not finished or improperly completed. I have interior doors that do not close, the front door jam was destroyed and has to be replaced. I’m missing sod after closing over a month ago. The walls are bowed so badly, trim can’t hide the issue. I’m spending $24k to replace all of the interior doors since almost each one has been dropped, damaged or improperly painted. I would not recommend this builder or would I purchase again from this company. The construction manager assigned to my build spent a bunch of time telling me how important that I score 10’s on the survey I received from the builder but failed to complete the house. The workers throw food all over the place and discard trash in the house and yard even thou dumpsters are everywhere. The builder needs to raise their standards and police the poor quality (especially the dry wall and trim work) the workers are producing. Once I fix everything that the builder didn’t complete correctly, I’m selling the house. Very disappointed over all! ... Más

Experience was pretty good so far but after 60 days of possession we’re still not certain what warranty work I’ll be done and when. Because of this I can’t rate the overall experience

The sale of home was flawless. Great follow through and Brendan our sales person was amazing. The build quality is far less than satisfactory and what I did not expect after 6 weeks of issues. I believe most issues are due to the lack of knowledge and follow through of our second CM. I hope DiVosta fixes these issues.

I don’t even know where to start. I closed In May 14 2024. And I still can’t move in because Items on the punchlist or not yet repaired including the floors. I don’t even know why I opted to upgrade the flooring because the low quality flooring that was installed in my home is of such poor quality !!! And the mess the installers left, I can’t get it clean. It just looks like old shoddy floors which does Not make the home look like a new home . And then I also upgraded to get a bigger Extended patio with a close screen in porch That Is also another overpriced joke there’s more bugs inside my screen than if I stood outside, so obviously the screen wasn’t put up properly That all the bugs are able to get it. I can understand a a few bugs here and there, but not the amount that I get inside the area. The screen is supposed to keep the bugs out. It just seems that upgrading is not the thing to do because the materials that they use for upgrading is of poor quality!! I’m very disappointed adding to another issue is my white baseboards are bright white and then all my doors did not get painted so the doors look dingy against the baseboards. Then the contractors and cleaning ladies are very careless by pouring their dirty water into my white tile master shower and sinks , causing slow drainage and backup , Also with them pouring the dirty water I can’t get the stains off the white tile shower , So my shower looks like a dirty stain old Shower!!Overall, the tile installer were very sloppy in doing their job !!! And it doesn’t help that the quality of the tile is a low quality And then the careless way that they install things and do things it doesn’t give you a feel of excitement coming into what should be a nice clean new home!! Chris G and William D have tried to help and William keeps calling workers but they don’t show up and when they do show up they do a lousy job !!I So here it is August and I am still waiting. Can’t move my furniture in because I don’t want my furniture in and then I have to move it when they have to clean the floors properly it’s a mess and I’m very disappointed!! My family and I are still not moved in Due to waiting for things to get done properly if I had known that, it wasn’t going to be taken care of in a reasonable manner , I would’ve never signed closing documents until it was completed !! Very disappointed.!! P.S. Jennifer in Sales is Great she is very nice and professional! So home buying experience was Great!! Everything else is lacking even though Chris G and William D are also professional and nice but I am needing for them to step up and resolve all the issues that were found and noted to be completed, so that I can enjoy my new home!! The builder takes the time to build an amazing shell then totally lets you down on the interior finish...just horrible!

My field supervisor has been attentive to me and my needs. Easy to talk too. My home appears to be a great quality home so far. Very happy.

We like the neighborhood and landscaping. But the quality is a little low. The drywall is terrible and the paint is like chalk.

Overall, positive experience. Technicalities of sales contact, mortgage process and closing were superior. This is a spec house and quality of sinks, tubs, cabinets, appliances not what I would expected from a $1.2M home but I working through replacements and enhancements. Also, we missed an appt (apparently a one-time appointment opportunity through walk-through) with fridge repairman and have been frustrated making new appointment -- 20+ minute wait on phone. I would have to say quality of refrigerator is the most distressing. Thanks for reading.

Overall, the purchase experience was very good. The sales and design center teams were extremely helpful and professional. The construction process was efficient with updates provided on a timely basis. The DiVosta portal really helped with the home design process and keeping track of the construction phases. The Pulte portal made the closing process very easy.

happy with the house and the experience. onsite construction manager was terrific...house is very well built and appliances are top shelf had some initial issues with design center which they have now addressed and are fixing later this spring.... all other minor problems fixed in a timely manner.... wish primary bedroom in Scarlet was on first floor and there was a separate golf cart garage.... very happy with purchase

Build team was very responsive to everything we asked of them after our walkthrough, and the buying process was quick. Overall, the upgraded tile and fixtures look beautiful, but the base materials (LVP floors, drywall) feel cheap. The drywall is very thin, making hanging curtains or art difficult, but the home is well insulated, and maintains its temperature well in both the heat and the cold. The “upgraded” kitchen appliances still do not feel “top of the line”, but the extra year of warranty Pulte provides is nice.

Overall I had a good to great experience.

Our construction manager, Christopher, was absolutely fantastic! We really appreciate his work! However, the quality of the house's construction was often subpar. There was no attention to detail. We were also unhappy with the landscaping. The final landscaping was rather weak and monotonous compared to many other communities. We built our previous home at Hammock Preserve with DeVosta, and many things were much better there.

Chris our builder was great to work with he was very attentive to our issues and requests.and always professional. I recommend living here to all my friends and family.

The pre-construction experience was very good. Post-construction not as good...they were not very responsive to sod and irrigation issues and I'm still having issues and its been almost 2 months in.

Not a cheap house but yet the bathroom fixtures (towel racks, paper holders) are plastic. Having issues getting the guest bathroom shower fixed from flooding the floor. Warranty is responding but should have checked and repaired prior to close.

Overall experience was pretty good. We purchased a pre-construction home, but they still allowed us to make a couple of minor changes. The only disappointment is that we missed a couple of things during the walk-through and were later told that those items were not under warranty. If you buy from them, make sure you review every nook and cranny of your home during the walk-through.

Great new place. The team here does a great job of making sure everything goes well and cleaning up quickly if something is amiss. We would buy again from them!

My sales person and construction manager were outstanding and easy to communicate with. The closing went very smoothly, and so far the warranty people have been responsive to the few issues I have had. I do believe that there should be a credit given for appliances if you wish to have your own favorite brands installed. And a couple personal peeves of mine is that the "texturing" of the walls is terrible. Also there is no choice except for flat paint for finishing walls. Otherwise the basic construction of the house is rock solid, the general layout of the neighborhood was very well thought out and the amenities are great. ... Más

I want to commend DiVosta for my Salesperson Dominic and my construction manager Dan. Both were extremely responsive to my communications and needs. Overall, the construction quality has been A+ other than a couple of issues that have been mostly resolved or are in process. The home is my dream home for my retirement after owning over 20 homes and properties. Keep up the good work!

DiVosta builds good homes. The quality and workmanship is better than all the others I have seen or purchased. The construction manager Bill was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. The sales manager Paul Myers was good to work with and responsive. Had a few problems such as: keys lost and not available after closing; the Pulte Title Co used the wrong HOA dues amount at closing (had to pay more after closing); edge of garage floor was chipped up and took two months to get repaired. Overall, we’re happy with the buying experience and the home despite the issues mentioned above.
