Salesman Vince and builder Chris were exceptional. I can’t say enough about the care and prompt follow through both exhibited when buying my Harbor Isle home.

Purchased a Quick Move In - so I did have the ability to catch issues during pre-construction. At first, I did feel that I had to push for things to be considered builders responsibility, but with my persistence, most all of my issues are getting addresses, some slower than I would like.

Great experience, easy to deal with and given that Divosta is a big home builder they still do a quality job.

Brendan in sales was great and got us started with our purchase! Then John, our construction manager, was phenomenal!! Whenever I would call or need to get in the home for measurements, he ALWAYS answered quickly and helped me out. He connected us with others who could help with our home. We are settled in now and LOVE our new home and community. ***The only thing we were disappointed with was Pulte Mortgage, so much so that we switched from a small mortgage on our home to paying cash. We had owned 9 other homes throughout our lives and never worked with a more cumbersome, and at times ridiculous, mortgage/underwriting process. It was fun working with Chris, sales manager, during my purchase. He was always in a good mood and excited about my new purchase. I appreciated the time spent one on one with Dan, construction manager, before the closing. There were some problems to be resolved but he responded quickly and followed through on my requests. And then went through a book of information at the end leaving me references for the future which was helpful. I would and already have recommended Divosta Homes to my friends.

Our builder Bill is outstanding! Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and efficiently. He is a true asset to Divosta Putle. Bill has the knowledge of all construction aspects and has the calming temperment that is needed in his position.This is our third home with your company and we will recommend your homes to family and friends..

Good quality and responsible builder.

We purchased a move in ready home, so all of the decisions were made and completed in construction already. After completing our walk thru of the home, we were very happy with the completion of tasks to repair any minor flaws and make the home ready for us to move in!

Our construction manager Amy, has made our experience wonderful. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and met us several times at the property during construction. She is an absolutely wonderful asset to your company. This is the 4th house that me and my husband built and have never had someone like Amy to assist when we needed it.

From the very beginning of our home purchase Divosta ensured that we were continually kept informed of the progress of our new home.Everyone from sales , design and construction manager were courteous , and professional. Buying a new home can be stressful but Divosta made it a enjoyable and positive.

We are extremely pleased with the timeliness of the build and have had no major issues with the home. Further, Hurricane Milton just made landfall only 25 miles from our home and there was absolutely no damage from the hurricane, not even a single lost roof shingle! Our hurricane rated windows and all the other precautions taken by the builder kept our house sealed up nice and tight. We are very pleased!

Excellent experience with Julio from start to finish. Project was delivered on time, with no outstanding issues. Communication throughout the process was thorough. We really enjoyed watching the process through the pictures and video sent, and updates on inspections etc.

My team of Alex, Zorinet & Seth did an OUTSTANDING JOB guiding and helping me every step of the way with my home. They each went above and beyond what they needed to do to help and it was so greatly appreciate by me.

We live in the Talon Preserve community and our new home is beautiful! We bought it already built and the colors, tile, countertops are everything I would have chosen had we built from the beginning. We have a beautiful lake behind us. Our amenities are beyond our expectations. Our home has gone through both Tropical Storm Debby and Hurrican Helene and we sustained no damage or water leaks. I would highly recommend DiVosta!
