It was a very positive experience purchasing a home at the Preserve in Vero Beach. Everyone from assistance at sales office through closing were extremely helpful in the process.

We purchased a spec home during a sales promotion, the process was quick to close, and everyone we encountered was a professional at the role Chris, the project manager did an exceptional job with the walk-through and highlighting the home features We met the home warranty person on site and he went over the process Couldn’t be more satisfied with the home and everyone involved

Our build was so fast. We were in our house in five months from the day we signed our contract. Jessica (Sales) and Austin (Build) kept us informed along the way. We walked into our new house with no surprises. We pinch ourselves every day to make sure this is not a dream.

This is my second DiVosta home and I am pleased with the quality. My construction manager was very thorough and detail oriented during the build process. After one month in my new home I have found a few things to be repaired - I’m not happy that I have to wait eleven months to have them addressed.

Purchased a Quick Move In - so I did have the ability to catch issues during pre-construction. At first, I did feel that I had to push for things to be considered builders responsibility, but with my persistence, most all of my issues are getting addresses, some slower than I would like.

Great experience, easy to deal with and given that Divosta is a big home builder they still do a quality job.

Brendan in sales was great and got us started with our purchase! Then John, our construction manager, was phenomenal!! Whenever I would call or need to get in the home for measurements, he ALWAYS answered quickly and helped me out. He connected us with others who could help with our home. We are settled in now and LOVE our new home and community. ***The only thing we were disappointed with was Pulte Mortgage, so much so that we switched from a small mortgage on our home to paying cash. We had owned 9 other homes throughout our lives and never worked with a more cumbersome, and at times ridiculous, mortgage/underwriting process. We did not reflect this in our “stars” as we simply wound up not using them and everything else was awesome! ... Más

It was fun working with Chris, sales manager, during my purchase. He was always in a good mood and excited about my new purchase. I appreciated the time spent one on one with Dan, construction manager, before the closing. There were some problems to be resolved but he responded quickly and followed through on my requests. And then went through a book of information at the end leaving me references for the future which was helpful. I would and already have recommended Divosta Homes to my friends.

Our builder Bill is outstanding! Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and efficiently. He is a true asset to Divosta Putle. Bill has the knowledge of all construction aspects and has the calming temperment that is needed in his position.This is our third home with your company and we will recommend your homes to family and friends..

Good quality and responsible builder.

We purchased a move in ready home, so all of the decisions were made and completed in construction already. After completing our walk thru of the home, we were very happy with the completion of tasks to repair any minor flaws and make the home ready for us to move in!

Our construction manager Amy, has made our experience wonderful. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and met us several times at the property during construction. She is an absolutely wonderful asset to your company. This is the 4th house that me and my husband built and have never had someone like Amy to assist when we needed it.
