We reside in New England and couldn't be on site for our build. We did extensive research and found Pulte to be a reputable builder. We also have a relative that had a home built by Pulte who had no complaints. We found Pulte to be easy to communicate with during our remote build. They kept us well informed throughout the process. Our building manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. He addressed our questions or concerns immediately. Thus far, we are very pleased with our home and amenities within the community built by Pulte.

Our Construction Manager, Justin S. was great! He explained everything about the home construction and features especially the features specific to Florida building codes. He supported three walkthroughs to accommodate our schedule. Most important he did everything he could and worked with customer care to make sure all items on our punch list were done. Great professionalism!

Our contractor Chris was amazing! We built the Layton model and we love our house! He was great with communication and very helpful during the build. Ryan has been great with any little things that have come up since we moved in. Our house is beautiful and we love it!

From start to finish, building a new home in Avondale was a great experience. My husband and I had an amazing Sales Counselor, Alex, and our Construction Manager, Seth, was equally as good. They both were prompt and precise with any questions and/or concerns we had along the way. Alex would send weekly photos of our home during the build process and Seth would give us updates on a regular basis. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. We are very grateful to Alex and Seth for making this experience as easy as possible!

From the beginning my sales person was very informative and quick to respond to my questions throughout the process, with grace and respect. Deb is the best! My construction manager, Alex, was also very timely in his responses and provided frequent pictures and updates on construction. They were both a pleasure to work with and they got me closed and into my new home ahead of my own personal deadline - huge thanks to each of them for that! I think I’m going to love it here! This is our second brand new home we purchased from DiVosta/Pulte. The whole experience was terrific! We enjoyed working with our DiVosta interior designer, Stacie, at the design center in Port St. Lucie. The Renown Model we selected is truly our "dream home" - very spacious, and well appointed with a large 3 car garage, terrific upgrades throughout the entire house. The pre and post sales process was very professional. The final touch is the Communnity Amenity Center which includes a resort style pool, workout room, bocce/pickle ball courts, indoor work out room and indoor living room area! Love it! ... Más

We had previously owned in Florida and were visiting friends who had purchased in Beachwalk. We didn’t intend to buy but we loved the community and the home we eventually purchased. It was a fast, seamless purchase - everything was explained in advance and all went smoothly (as expected). Professional service at each step from sales through the after-sales warranty process. We feel that we have a quality product at a reasonable price!

We bought a quick move in home and could not be more satisfied. The entire experience from meeting and working with the sales team (Jessica) and working with out project manager (Pat) to get the final touches completed was very stress free.
