Our Construction Manager, Justin S. was great! He explained everything about the home construction and features especially the features specific to Florida building codes. He supported three walkthroughs to accommodate our schedule. Most important he did everything he could and worked with customer care to make sure all items on our punch list were done. Great professionalism!

We are over the moon with our new house! Construction is great! A few minor items need addressing. But over all a10 out of 10! Thank you !

Our contractor Chris was amazing! We built the Layton model and we love our house! He was great with communication and very helpful during the build. Ryan has been great with any little things that have come up since we moved in. Our house is beautiful and we love it!

From start to finish, building a new home in Avondale was a great experience. My husband and I had an amazing Sales Counselor, Alex, and our Construction Manager, Seth, was equally as good. They both were prompt and precise with any questions and/or concerns we had along the way. Alex would send weekly photos of our home during the build process and Seth would give us updates on a regular basis. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. We are very grateful to Alex and Seth for making this experience as easy as possible!

From the beginning my sales person was very informative and quick to respond to my questions throughout the process, with grace and respect. Deb is the best! My construction manager, Alex, was also very timely in his responses and provided frequent pictures and updates on construction. They were both a pleasure to work with and they got me closed and into my new home ahead of my own personal deadline - huge thanks to each of them for that! I think I’m going to love it here! Thank you all.

This is our second brand new home we purchased from DiVosta/Pulte. The whole experience was terrific! We enjoyed working with our DiVosta interior designer, Stacie, at the design center in Port St. Lucie. The Renown Model we selected is truly our "dream home" - very spacious, and well appointed with a large 3 car garage, terrific upgrades throughout the entire house. The pre and post sales process was very professional. The final touch is the Communnity Amenity Center which includes a resort style pool, workout room, bocce/pickle ball courts, indoor work out room and indoor living room area! Love it! ... Más

We had previously owned in Florida and were visiting friends who had purchased in Beachwalk. We didn’t intend to buy but we loved the community and the home we eventually purchased. It was a fast, seamless purchase - everything was explained in advance and all went smoothly (as expected). Professional service at each step from sales through the after-sales warranty process. We feel that we have a quality product at a reasonable price!

We bought a quick move in home and could not be more satisfied. The entire experience from meeting and working with the sales team (Jessica) and working with out project manager (Pat) to get the final touches completed was very stress free.

Jennifer made our experience a great one and worked very hard to make our dreams come true. Our project manager was always helping us and kept us informed throughout the process.

Vincent was our CM thought out the entire process. He made the experience what it was - excellent! Every issue was dealt with professionally and expeditiously. We had a few "small" issues, but the builder has been great about getting them repaired. They even pointed out a couple items we didn't see.

The whole process with Divosta was superb. They delivered a quality product on time. The Project Manager kept us informed as the process went along and took care of any concerns.

Jane started the buying process and we had a deal within 1 day...to sum it up, she just plain LISTENED to what we wanted. Joseph made sure our home was perfect as we took ownership...paying attention to every minute detail, prodivind excellent response time to even the smallest of things, and even recommending products and techniques to help us maintain our home for many years to come.

Very good experience from beginning to end. Salesperson, Jessica, found us the perfect location and model from the quick move in homes. There was a significant problem at end of construction. Chas resolved issue to our satisfaction and communicated progress along the way. Could not have been happier with the outcome.

Our sales rep, Jessica, was great to work with. Project Manager Patrick was also great. We wish you would upgrade the brand of appliances. We hadn't been in the hope two weeks when the ice maker in the refrigerator broke.

We were about 11.5 months from purchase to closing, which was nice. Jen kept us informed with great photos the whole way. We were very confident in our builder, Dustin, after meeting him and he came through with a great home. Thanks also to Joe, who did our walkthrough with us.

Alex communicated frequently and provided pictures throughout the construction process and was available to answer questions. He helped me navigate the journey from beginning to end.

DiVosta builds a quality home, as with any build there will be some outstanding items the true test of the builder is how they address and remedy. So far we have had a great experience! Austin, our CM delivered for us, very pleased. Jessica C. Our salesperson was always there to answer questions and hold our hand through the process.

The whole experience was very comforting. I know such a strange way to explain it but between CJ (Construction manager) and Pam. I honestly couldn’t ask for better duo. They consistently kept in contact and let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their patients. My home is complete, beautiful, and everything I could of imagined. Literally no complaints here. 10 stars!

DiVosta in Bridgewater (Jupiter, FL) is a new neighborhood with phenomenal lot sizes, numerous home design options with quality construction. Buying process was very professional and smooth. Everything was communicated well throughout the entire process from initial marketing, lot/plan/options selection to the actual construction build. We would highly recommend this neighborhood and DiVosta.
